If I could give them 0 stars I would, I stopped for my kids to eat and ordered through the drive thru window, then got to the window had to repeat my order cause the boy that took it said he had to start over. Calmly repeated my order to have them give me 2 sandwiches with so much mayo on it we couldn't even eat them, had to throw mine away and my daughter ended up sick the next day. So I reached out to customer service to get my money back and no one ever contacted me. Don't go here it's nasty! read more

Ordered sandwiches 40 min in advanced and they were not ready when we got there. They started making them upon arrival. They said they put online orders to the side. They gave no apologies. Some guy pretended to be the manager and was a total jerk. He would not give his name. Last time we give them business. Total joke of a place. read more

Jimmy John's is a go to when traveling. Why? Because they are predictably good and fresh. This location was no exception. The food was prepared fast, it was delicious and fresh and the staff was amazing! Since COVID that is not always the case in other franchises. Way to go Jimmy John's! read more

Service is not friendly. All employees seemed awkward and unhappy and didn't talk at all. Also, they say online that they're opened until 9pm, but on the door it shows they close every night at 8. Personally I've never liked Jimmy Johns, I think the Sandwhich meat portioning is too much and the sandwiches are very typical and average. Definitely not worth $10. These guys are G.R.E.A.T!!! Super friendly and nice service, always a pleasure to visit this establishment! They are pretty darn 'freaky fast' even when it gets super busy around lunch rush, they really do their best and it's a fun place to be and entertaining to see how the coworkers get along with each other! Horrible place to work and eat! They lie about how much they will pay you! Than hire you and let you go so they don't have to give you a raise. Totally prejudice as well! A lousy business that will not deliver to me even though I am less than two miles away from their store. I have seen their delivery cars go further away than my place. When I wrote to ask why they won't deliver to me even though I am very close, the contact was rude and basically told me because they don't deliver there and that I should accept their business model because it works for them. Similar to another review, I live less than 1.5 miles from their location and they won't deliver here, but will go twice the distance in the opposite direction just because it's "in the same town". Ridiculous. read more
