Whether it was weekends at home with my family and friends, getting lunch with money that my dad gave me when we had half-days at school, or now being an adult and grabbing a few slices on the way home from work, I've always been able to rely on Jimmy's as my go-to pizza spot. The quality has never gone down, I've never met a rude employee, and their house ranch still kicks ass. Seriously, I've conspired multiple ways to steal their recipe but I've never followed through....yet. Their pizza is great, their subs are great, their wings are great, their salads, entrees, and everything else is just great. There are so many pizza places around here that are all fighting for the same dollar but Jimmy's will take mine any day. The restaurant is never too busy and it's always clean. Jimmy's Cucina catered our son's post-wedding brunch for 100 people at our home in Manasquan. Everyone was so psyched when they heard the food was coming from Jimmy's! Jim helped us put a menu together to include such favorites as buffalo chicken and cheese steak eggrolls - so good, their famous chicken tenders with honey dijon dipping sauce, pork roll egg and cheese sliders, chicken caesar wraps and more. There is a parking lot. At this point, spots are numbered for people picking up. There is a dining room as well as tables near the counter. Ordering and paying are done at the counter and food is delivered to the table. We had 3 meals which were served with salad and warm bread. We also had a calzone and pizza. Jimmy's Cucina is abiding by all the State's required COVID-19 rules. I ordered a pizza from them a few days ago. I called and said I would pick it up at a certain time. They assigned me a parking spot and at the designated time, I called to confirm I was there at the parking spot. Smooth sailing, they gave me the pie and I was off. The staff who is handing out the food should have a "bank" on their person, so as to give change. Obviously this would not apply to a credit card transaction. BTW, the pie was excellent. read more

Jimmy's is a great spot for slices, subs, and all your pizzeria essential items! The proof is in the pudding with this spot and come any given Friday night, this place is always absolutely slammed. Me and my girlfriend came and just grabbed a couple slices. Their chicken bacon ranch slice is one of my favorite pizzeria specialty slices in existence. I called and spoke to a woman who put me on hold & never came back to the phone. Unprofessional. Didn't want to diss them online so I tried emailing them and was totally ignored. Also, unprofessional. It's a crappy way to treat a loyal customer. And while I am complaining - Joe Leone's bread is too thick. Too much dough. It takes away from the sandwich. The crust is the best part, sauce doesn't have the best taste. People who say their pizza is amazing and the best around must not be well cultured In the pizza world because it just does not hold up to other places in the area. Visited the Jinny's located in Point Pleasant on Broadway. Had the Capri pizza which was a thin crust topped with mozzarella, fresh basil, tomatoes, and their homemade balsamic dressing. It was out of this world! All of their large pies are $20, but it was well worth it. I also had their garlic knots which were fresh with a crunchy crust and soft center. First Sicilian slice a few weeks ago pretty good but three slices of Sicilian yesterday absolutely horrible, with its thick dried out bread crust, goopy over abundance of cheese and a total lack of tomato sauce this was perhaps the worst Sicilian pie we have ever tasted. We've lived in Manasquan for 8 months and Jimmy's has become our "go-to" place when we are too busy to cook. Every time we order we get the spinach salad as the balsamic salad dressing is fantastic. From time to time we buy extra to have at home when we make salad; it is that good. We also like the chicken francese and the eggplant parmigiana. I am a temporary employee so I hope my review doesn't seem too biased. Lost my job due to pandemic. Jimmys hired me and welcomed me with open arms. The manager is super kind, and said I am welcomed to stay employed there for as long as I needed. From the first day, I felt like part of their family and never once did I feel like "the new girl" and never felt uncomfortable. The owner (jimmy) approached me, and introduced himself and remembered my name each time, which is super professional. I have a lot of restaurant experience in the past, but Jimmys seems to have the best and most organized takeout / no contact system. Customers can call or text from the parking lot and an employee brings the food outside which is brief and efficient. Above all the food is soooo amazing. Everything is made from scratch from the fries, salad dressing, roasted peppers etc... Overall a really good value and you won't be disappointed with anything that is ordered. They offer a wide variety on the menu. It is truly a top quality place, organized, clean and delicious food! I had no expectations prior and I have been impressed with this place and I will continue to come here even after my employment has ended. I want everyone there to know that I am truly grateful for the opportunity that they have given me and I appreciate them taking time training me and showing me the functions of the restaurant.
