The asparagus was okay, again no salt or pepper here. My boyfriends steak tasted much better. The garlic mashed potatoes are also good. We ordered a bourbon old fashioned and it was super good. The ribeye was prepared with the same tender perfection as well. My son, who lives in Chicago, said his steak rivaled those of the steakhouses in Windy City. He really enjoyed his filet. The scallops were seared to perfection, and they were nestled in a bed of soft, warm, creamy risotto. And I mean CREAMY. It's the way they should be made. I had my wedding rehearsal dinner here 27 years ago, and I've dined here many times since. They also helped me plan the menu, etc. for my class reunion in Sept. 2009....always professional, courteous, and great food! I was just there last evening for a business banquet, and the bartender and manager were very courteous and accomodating! I also need to compliment the young man usually in the drive-up window for Friday night fish carry-outs....what a great guy! read more
