I've been giving out a lot of 5 stars recently, but this is a place that really deserves it. It's a must visit. It'd been many moons since I had escargot, so I got it. Despite one cooked snail being basically impossible to scrape out and my fine motor dexterity isn't great, it was delightful. My wife loved her seafood stew. Our shared side of the grilled Zucchini (definitely enough to share) was also a highlight. We've been raving about our fried clam sandwich and lobster roll since. Both were amazing; my wife said it was the best lobster roll she's had (we've never been to maine or anywhere known for lobster). The dessert passion fruit pie was a great way to end, also shared, but the crust was a little too thick and the dollop on top did kind of over power the curd. The birthday sprinkles (it wasnt either of our birthdays) were cute. We will be back. Especially to try the raw bar (We're pregnant and didnt want to risk it).

The cocktail menu has some fun and unique options and the food menu has something for everyone! We got the mussels to start, and honestly I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture. But the sauce was delicious and I loved the potatoes that came with it. The mussels themselves were very large too! For my main I got the hake, which was so tender and flavorful. It was a generous portion and I was stuffed, but we kept seeing other people order the coffee cake and couldn't help ourselves. I'm so glad we got it, because I'm not normally huge into coffee cake, but this was so delicious that we finished it all! Our server had great recommendations and was patient as we took a long time deciding what to order. I can't wait to come back!

So I ventured in with some family (age ranged from 18-50s). THE FOOD IS AMAZING. Full stop. Yes, they have a good tap beer selection and great liquor too - did I mention the store - but credit to the bar too, their craft cocktail selection was tasty and refreshing. Back to the food! Pot roast made with the same respect as Beef Bourguignon, with tender flavorful meat balanced, silky smooth potatoes underneath, mouthwatering reduction atop. Shrimp and grits with authentic made grits, not that Quaker boxed stuff, garnished with a zesty coleslaw - absolutely delicious. So many flavors and textures melding together. Wonderful. Fried green tomatoes served with a raisin cream cheese dollop on top, they were incredible. Lamb pops grilled and served to perfection. We tried a crab fried rice that would make any Asian Chef would have blushed over. Whipped feta. OMG, if you don't know about whipped feta, look it up. They happen to have it on the menu, so we had to try that. Marvelous! Absolutely incredible. My nephew did talk much about his seafood risotto, which if a 20-something says nothing while cleaning the plate, I believe that's solid and speaks for itself. I can't wait to go back, I didn't even get to try the burger and I hear that's outstanding too (believe me lots of places and people screw up a burger). Everything here is crafted with respect not only to the ingredients, but to the methods of preparation. Michelin style cooking hidden in comfort foods and explorations across the menu. Octopus thought, I'm used to the presentation at Bacco's so I could do without it being cut into tiny pieces and buried in sauce. Salad - shared the kale salad. Great flavor but the ( wife's pet peeve when I serve it ), the kale was in very large chunks, could use a bit more chopping. Main Course - wife had stroganoff and I had the NY strip. I don't know what it is about Harford County but it's the last time I'll try to get a proper NY strip here. I should have known when it was only $52 on the menu. Steak & Main advertises "best steaks around" and serves the same 1/2" thin cut slice that looks like it came from Ponderosa but they charge $65 which is a ripoff. I like my steak rare and with a steak this thin, it's impossible but at least they were close. Again, stuff all over the top of the meat, a bit too much. Stroganoff - solid!! Dessert- Bananas Foster / solid!! My only gripe is the steak. We will be back for sure but I'm done trying to get one out and will just continue getting a nice cut from a butcher and treating myself at home.

They looked crispy and you know the meat is fresh. I had the shrimp scampi and it may have been one of my top 5 favorite shrimp scampis I have ever had. The shrimp was fresh and not over cooked. It was not chewy and it was easy to cut into. I am not usually crazy about angel hair pasta but the flavors with it made it so good. The garlic bread on the side was a great touch to this dish.
