Awesome. Busy but still quick, polite and great food. Best of classic American dinner food. Good sized portions. We did not leave hungry.

Jimmy's is pretty good place to eat for breakfast if you don't get there early you Will have to wait. They have changed the decor inside the dining area it looks very nice. If your in the area give it a try the breakfast items are very good. I wish they would get some brand name jelly they use no name jelly it's like water sometimes. Chip beef is very good especially on the potatoes and omelettes. read more

Was visiting Fenwick Island again and enjoyed breakfast from Jimmy's 3 days in a row. Food was excellent as always! SOS is sooo good as well as everything else we've ever eaten from here. I called in for takeout all 3 times because this place always has a line out the door. The secret is out and everyone knows where to go for breakfast while visiting the beach!!! We visit Ocean City for 3 days and ate breakfast here 2 out of the 3 days. The food was delicious and the service was great. There was a little wait but not over 15-20 minutes to be seated. From the Hostess greeting us to the Cashier taking our payment everyone was very polite. My cousin absolutely loved their hash. I got the same dish both days. Scrambled eggs with onions and ham, an english muffin and grits with coffee and an orange juice. It's a great dish under $10 for everything. You couldn't beat the prices. I loved the coffee cups. They were all different and it added personality to the place. I taste my cousins french toast and waffle. It was very good. On the 2nd day I almost ordered them but the dish I had the day before altered my plans. It had cut up pieces of ham. Not the deli ham. The grits were so creamy and smooth. They weren't too runny or too stiff. They were just right. I like my english muffin soft in the middle and crispy on the edges. They got it to my liking. On the 2nd day my cousin ordered a burger. She was very pleased as well. Not only are they delicious for breakfast but they make a great lunch as well. When visiting Ocean City Maryland we will definitely add Jimmy's to our must eat at spots. read more

Jimmys Kitchen is an excellent little dinner located on Fenwick Island! Our family has been going here for years, they're only open for breakfast and dinner. We've only ever come for breakfast but I'm sure the lunch is just as good. The dishes here are simple classics but are great. I always get the cream chipped beef on toast with hash browns and orange juice. I've never gotten anything different, but our family has loved everything we've ever tried. The customer service here is excellent as well, what else can you ask for? read more

My boyfriend and I walked over to pick up breakfast while staying at the Seaside Inn across the street. They're extremely busy and the typical wait to be seated was about 20 minutes. It is very small inside with an open kitchen. The staff was very nice, and our take out order only took about 5-7 minutes. When getting back to our room, I appreciated that all utensils, napkins, and condiments were packed for our meal. We both ordered The Nor'Easter with french toast and SOS with hash browns. Everything was delicious, except we both weren't very impressed with their infamous SOS (creamed chipped beef). It was bland and too thick for our liking. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a nice breakfast place. read more

RACIST . august 27 2022 at around 11 my boyfriend and i came by and asked for a table we were told it was a 30 min wait and said we could wait. 30 mins later we're waiting inside and the host tells us to wait a little longer. we say it's cool and take a seat she then seats 3 separate couples (all who are white) which we are not who come in after us asking for a table on the spot she seats them ??? while we continue to wait. such blatant disrespect this place is ridiculous please use your money elsewhere this was extremely upsetting. very disappointed since my bf loves breakfast places like this. i hope they do better. she was a young blonde girl so i didn't feel the want to argue with a child but sad to see they allow such behavior in this day and age. read more

Great local diner. One of my favorite breakfast places in the area. Can't go wrong with Jimmy's kitchen.

Great way to start a morning. We went around 11 and were able to get seats at the bar right away (although most parties of 2+ seemed to have a 10/15 min wait). Staff was friendly, and the food came out in what seemed like 5 minutes; pretty fast, even for a breakfast place. We ordered 2 omelets, a Ham/Mushroom/Cheese, and a "Heavy Roller", which is basically their "loaded" version (sausage, ham, bacon, onions, peppers, mushrooms, cheese). Both were great, as were the hash browns that came along. Portions were large; I got the junior size omelet (3 vs 5 egg), and still had a hard time waddling out after the meal. The missing star is due to the weak biscuit (didn't seem homemade), and Creamed Chipped Beef, which is supposedly a staple around the area. It wasn't bad, but definitely not on the same level as the rest. Overall would definitely recommend this place if in the area. read more

Went in expecting to pick up breakfast, but since they had a table we ate in. Very nice service. Creamed chipped beef was delicious. Tables are well spaced for the current health conditions and all the patrons and staff were wearing masks when moving around the restaurant. read more

Food was AWESOME! Staff was friendly and thoughtful! My husband was craving "real breakfast" which is hard to find in these takeout only times. Let's be honest - eggs don't stay warm and cold eggs are gross! We decided to skip the eggs and just ordered chipped beef gravy over hash browns. Order was prepared right when I got there so it was hot & fresh. Hash browns were cooked perfectly. Most beef I've ever seen in chipped beef gravy and we've had it in restaurants all over the US. Discriminatory practices by an absolutely terrible person in the hostess at Jimmy's kitchen. My family is sickened by this treatment. I never write reviews, but the treatment my family received with a 1 year old baby was unconscionable and horrible. On my wife's birthday we wanted to have a nice breakfast at this local diner with many good reviews. We stopped in to a half crowded restaurant, and put our name in. After 20 minutes of waiting with a young baby in tow we asked why she was seating other people as they walked in and not us. She said she needed to sit us in a corner and to show her some respect that she knows what she is doing. What she said and did is not only disgusting, but it is illegal and discriminatory. Any young families should think twice before patronizing this establishment unless/until the hostess/staff (older lady with blonde hair) is given empathy training. Hands down, absolutely the best cream chipped beef I have ever had. It was delicious, and I had to actually add a little salt, which is the opposite of most other establishment's. My favorite part of the experience was the eclectic mix of coffee mugs. Most people comment on all of the sun's, but my eye was drawn to the mugs and chairs. This place is an absolute breakfast staple. We love coming in here and watching jimmy prepare breakfast. Everyone working there is extremely friendly and they seem like they are having a great time. We like to sit at the bar and watch everyone. This place gets pretty busy so the best time to come is early. Either way for the two of us we walk in and out within 30 minutes. They've got all of the basics but you have to try the SOS. The pros come and eat the SOS on a waffle, my waistline just can't handle that. Solid, local, no frills spot. Diner style menu. The place gets a bit crowded but I was able to snag a table for two at Sunday breakfast around 11:00 A.M. with no wait. The staff was a little slow in taking our order but the food came out fast. I really enjoyed what I ordered: two eggs over medium, two pieces of bacon, a link of country sausage, hash browns, two pancakes, and a side of cream chipped beef (SOS). I poured the cream chip beef (SOS) over my hash browns and it was so good: salty, creamy, peppery and the contrast against the crispy hash browns made the combo a real winner. Hearty breakfast and very price friendly. 100% will make this a breakfast staple on my future trips to Ocean City. There are a ton of popular places like the Dough Roller that I think are tourist traps, it's always a great feeling when I find an excellent spot that I can bring repeat business to. read more

Great service and great food. Went here for breakfast on a summer Wednesday morning, 9am and was quite busy. That S.O.S. is worth trying. While I usually order the typical Eggs and Bacon combos at diners, considering this restaurant has a staple convinced me to order and did not disappoint. I had this chipped beef on top of hash brown and added grilled onions. Coffee was typical diner coffee, just gets the job done. Fortunately provides cream and sugar at table. Seating is limited for large groups, looking like biggest table seated six. Note that it is quite pricey. The S.O.S. with hash browns and coffee was about $10.00. read more

This was our first visit. The food was good and the menu was simple with a good variety. The service was fine. Lots of decor to see. We got there around 10am on a Monday. 3 of us were seated immeadiatly. The place was almost full. Parking seemed simple but the number of spaces were a little limited. We'll definitely be returning.
