Was on Main and Telephone today getting ready to turn tight in Telephone. Looked over my right shoulder to enter the Bike Lane to make the right turn. The least evil of all the tows In ventura towed me from Ralphs to Oxnard only charged me 500 to pick up my truck within 5 hours of getting me towed which was exorbitant but it was hooked up to a small trailer which meant he had to bring the bigger truck to keep the two connected- still it was a hassle said he could have really stung me on the price - I felt ripped off so he knocked 50 off- such a racket. read more

This place reminds me of the well-known Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp, except that the prisoners aren't extremist enemies of the United States, but are the vehicles of frustrated, financially-strapped citizens who wish to free their property from detention. My friend's car got towed while out of town, so he asked my assistance with getting it paroled. Fortunately he didn't ask for financial help because I couldn't afford the $425 charge for towing and four-days storage plus the $200 fee charged by the city of Ventura. Not so funny is that I saw his car parked on the street and could have moved it for him had I been able to read the warning notice. Do not recommend this company!! I was in an accident and my car was totalled. They towed it to their yard, and I went to retrieve my personal belongings from my car and a audio amplifier that was under the seat. The guy at the yard was rude and wouldn't let me take my amplifier, said it was not allowed while the car was on the property. When the car was removed from the property the amplifier had been stolen! Do not trust these people! read more

Jimmy towed my car from 211 E Santa Clara Street to 1190 N Ventura Ave. Google Maps estimates this to be a three minute drive. Unfortunately, Jimmy took the scenic route, a 75 minute drive. At a towing rate of $3.25 per minute, I expected more from Jimmy. I am not even mad, just disappointed. If your car ends up in this guy's lot, I advise you to just wait for the police auction; You'll probably save a few bucks, or maybe snag an even better car! read more

Shes doing her job.. At first things werent looking good for me and my truck.. Butt.. She went our if her way and helped me personally. So I thank god for ppl like her.. She does try to help. Worst towing company in Ventura county, they charge you as much as they can. It took them an hour to get my car and take it back to their spot. My car was in a accident . Avoid at all COSTS. BMW Roadside Assistance introduced us to this company after our so-called run-flat tire failed to run flat. After waiting about and hour and a half along the 101 North, the driver showed up to tow our car. He was cordial and all seemed to be in order until we arrived at the BMW Service Center, at which point he pulled the front end of our car off whilst backing it off of his trailer (it caught on the trailer - not our fault). I stood there in shock watching him try to snap it back into place without success as the plastic pins and the piece holding them had cracked. He then shoved a clipboard in my face and asked me to sign off on the car having been towed to its destination. I asked him what I was meant to do about the front end and he'd informed me that it was a simple matter of plastic clips being replaced. Then he got in his truck and drove off as quickly as he could. I called the proprietor to tell him what had happened and, after calling me back, he informed me that "the front piece was back together at the time the driver departed" (flat out lie) and that that "is the position we're taking". He then hung up on me (I kid you not). Apparently this company is not at all familiar with ethical business practices, let alone common decency. To conclude, BMW Service then informed me that the part cannot be repaired and its replacement would cost about $1,600. read more

Incredibly terrible drivers!! Raced people on the on-ramp, almost running into a car. Speeds on the highway and doesn't let on coming traffic in or slow down. During a LONG dreadful drive I pulled over to take a nap near the coast of Carpenteria and accidentally left my headlights on! Jimmy himself came and jumped my car and was nothing but nice, professional, and patient. One of the drivers is wreckless! On 4/23/14 at aproximately 4:20pm one of Jimmy''z drivers was driving toward Santa Paula on Hwy 126 at over 75 MPH weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off just so he could get off at Victoria Ave. I guess he was too stupid to realize his truck is a rolling billboard. I can't imagine my vehicle being towed (actually this was a flatbed) by this wreckless driver or a company that would allow this type of driving.
