I have been coming for more than 15 years, and every time I come it always makes me angry and raises my blood pressure even more. This is all caused by the employees who work there. They're all just getting paid for nothing, extremely lazy. Every time I try to call, it is extremely difficult because they never pick up the phone. One time I asked one of the employees why it's so hard to reach them by phone, and she just answered, "We're busy, you're not the only one calling!!!!" But every time I come in person, I almost never hear the phone ringing, and that's because they set the phone to silent!!! I have never seen them being truly busy, except for being on their cell phones. Every time I do blood work, I am supposed to be called within at most 3 days for the results--whether it's fine or if I need to come in to see the doctor if there is something serious. But I almost never get called unless I take the initiative to call and ask for the results. And they can immediately pull up my results and read them to me. When I ask why I was never contacted, they always say, "We just got the results from the lab," and this is just bullshit!!! Even when I come before my appointment time, I still always have to wait at least 1 or 2 hours before being called in. What I can say is that all the employees there are super lazy and useless, they don't care about the patients at all. Dr. Kim is basically okay, nothing special. I actually liked PA Song more, but he no longer works there--I don't know why. And until now they still don't have another PA. I have decided to switch to another doctor because I can't take it anymore. read more

Dr Kim has been mine and my husbands Dr. for over 20+ years. He has an amazing bedside manner and listens and guides you to the correct medical professionals. He recommended a neurologist when I told him my husband was having memory issues and now he will be getting treated with the newest Alzheimer's Drug! Dr. Kim and his staff are wonderful! read more

Both my parents have switched to dr Kim on the recommendation of a friend. He is thorough and conscientious. I was relieved to see his compassionate bedside manner. He was able to get us connected to a treatment team and support us in getting my FMLA documentation to take leave. His office staff and efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Kim is great doctor but ALL HIS OFFICE STAFF has to go they're all lazy don't even pick up the phone you leave messages and don't follow up they have no urgency of help patients . I'm thankful for his wonderful and friendly staff who never hesitate to help me. I have been a patient for over 20 years. I really like Dr Kim, however he had a PA and built the practice up and the PA left. He's too cheap to go and hire another one because he wants to make the money. That's how it feels. I recently had an issue with breakout pain and he sent me to a drug rehab Clinic. I am beyond insulted, the issue is he's not effective because he's overworked. But like I said it's all about the money. His office staff seems overworked which is not fair to them. I tried this doctor because it's close to my house but I made a big mistake.........I don't even know how this doctor got his license..........he doesn't even know that we have 2 kidneys!!!! The nurse has an attitude bigger than her gelatin rear. Yes, the loud one. Dr. Kim you need staff that makes you look good and welcomes patients. Not irritated, attitude filled, poor customer service staff. Your nurse looks like she hates being there but she probably doesn't quit bc no one else will put up with her. This Dr. helped me a few years ago for opiate substance abuse. I stayed clean for 2yrs after I discharged from his care. I relapsed on Fentanyl and street bought methadone. I wanted to avoid going to methadone clinics because of the riff raff that would hang around selling pills and dope. I went to Dr. Kim hoping he could help me detox with either methadone and suboxone/subatex. I made an appointment 6 weeks prior to seeing him. He refused to treat me in any way. He suggested methadone clinic or pain management. At first he said he would refer me, when I asked for a referral he told me to look it up on my phone. When I got home after driving 90 miles, I was pissed and disappointed to say the least. I bought some dope and accidentally overdosed. 1st time of using that happened. Good thing my sister found me in time to call 911. I don't know what happened to this Dr. He really turned out to be a real turd. I don't think he reads these reviews, but if you do Dr. Kim, I hope the ice cream that you and your staff ate the day I came in was good! Doctor Kim is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and personable. I always feel at ease when he comes in and explains everything thoroughly. There are many downsides to visiting Dr. Kim. One is the long wait. I came in early and got into a room fairly quickly (15min), but once I was in the room I waited about another 50 minutes before Dr. Kim came in. I would recommend setting the earliest appoint for Dr. Kim to avoid the wait. Another is the front office. They are consistently difficult to talk to if you're calling on the phone. 1) you will hear a busy line and have to call back. 2) you will reach an answering machine that tells you not to leave a message because they won't listen to them. 3) they pick up and put you on hold for a various amount of time. If you get to #3 don't be surprised if you're on hold for 20min. Two different times I have called and was put on hold. I was on hold for so long (both times) it automatically redialed and then I got out on hold again. Another downside is if you need any lab results like blood or x rays and they're suppose to call you, more often then not they won't and you have to call them. read more

Best DANG Doctors and Staff in the whole of the Inland Empire!!!!! From Dr. Kim to, Physicians assistant Jan Song to, Bernie in the back office and everyone in between this is where you will find honest, compassionate, loving, professional, and patient people who care for your child, spouse, significant other, aunt, or Nile, or grandparents as if they were their own. The staff is always amazing and on top of prescriptions, referrals, and Doctors orders. The Dr. and his more then qualified PA,( physicians Assistant) are both men who are compassionate, of faith, and grounded in science. If your looking for a family GP, a personal Dr., or a second opinion then this is the place to be!!! I have been under their care for over 8 yrs. and working with them has given me a better quality of life. And not everyone can say that of going to their doctors. Let me start by saying Doctor Kim is great. He's very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, you only see doctor Kim for a couple minutes out of your 1-2 hour visit for even just a regular prescription refill. You can always expect to be brought back at least 25 minutes after checking then you sit in one of the rooms by yourself for another 25 minutes MINIMUM. It's seriously insane. I've never had a single regular visit that lasted less than an hour. The worst part about the slow service is that the place usually looks almost completely dead yet there's always several sassy staff ladies hanging out or just sitting at their computers. I have literally never had a good experience with the office staff, they are so rude and impatient. If you read the other reviews you'll find that these ladies are single-handedly ruining Doctor Kim's practice. He must have family ties to them or something because I can't even imagine why he's keeping them around. Either way, I think it's finally time to find a new Doctor even if it means making a longer drive. read more

Bernice called me this and wjen i started to tell her the situation she cut me off to tell me their busy. So ride, i used to love this office. The worst reception desk customer service ever! If you're able to somehow bypass the answering machine (that tells you they wont listen to your message) you're likely to die of old age waiting on hold. Very rude, in person and over the phone, no customer service skills whatsoever. I have been here to see Dr. Song (same office) and he is the best doctor I've ever come across, in that he really listens to my health concerns. It is worth the "wait" to see him because he has lots of knowledge in so many things that cure people; vitamins, medicines, treatments, and so on that he always gets to the underlying problem to help me. Glad I left. There was only one person that was good and helpful and she's probably on maternity leave. Dr Kim was my doctor for along time. I started seeing him before he even had a office, Dr Kim was useless just like most of his office staff and his PA. None of them followed through on anything ie: return phone calls, call in script refills, referrals or call back on test results and many other things. I suffer from chronic pain and he told me all I need is a app to listen to a pastor and started treating me like a drug seaker and took me off other medicine cold turkey, even when it was him that gave me those meds in the first place, all he had to do is look in my records to see if he ever gave me or where I asked for pain medicine. I understand the new opiate laws, but the meds he had me on doesn't even qualify. Please if you care about your health go somewhere else. I did and I've never been happier. No more waiting in his lobby for over a hour or sometimes 2 hours, when he was at his prime. I'm not upset with one thing they did it's a lot of different things in a nutshell. Couldnt get a refill for hypertension medicine unless i came in - in a pandemic mind you - no virtual visits - heck with that- went online got a great doctor who did a 3 mo refill and even gave me an order for labs. Get with the times- virtual visits will be the norm not the acception - lots and lots of choices - those who dont adapt will be left behind. read more

Their hold time for the phone, is just as long as the appointment time. The front desk obviously overbooks. I have had a px at the pharmacy for 1 month waiting for Medi-Cals approval. They say they never received the paperwork from the pharmacy and the pharmacy shows us each time they re-send it to the office. Dr Kim is a super doctor. He isn't burned out like so many doctors get. I like him as a doctor and for the person he is and would recommend him to nobody. His staff, once they know you, are very nice. I haven't had to wait once I arrive for my appointment. It's usually 15-20 minutes in the waiting room and another 10 in the exam room. I think the people complaining are walk ins without an appointment. Do that and you are in or a wait. He also hired a PA last I heard that may speed things up. Two thumbs up for Dr Kim! read more

Dr Kim helps my boyfriend with his opioid addiction by offering a cash service for $100 per session to get his Suboxone refilled. He never works on a plan to get him off of the meds because he is making money off of it. My boyfriend continues to use opioids and is allowed to get his suboxone refilled for when he runs out of pills to avoid withdrawal symptoms. He's just a drug dealer. read more

I saw Dr. Kim for about 3-4 years. I actually miss Dr. Kim. He was a really wonderful person and Dr. to me. I really felt He was listening to me...at some point that stopped. If you want to sit on HOLD waiting on the staff to pick up your Call or they will leave you on hold For 10-15 minutes! The "obvious" talking about you when you (SO UNPLEASANT) Leave the office for 5 minutes. I had a complete Stranger says to me "You are "XXXX?" Right?" They said you are next and a few other private things!!!!! Thank you! Last straw......I asked to use the restroom, normally VERY CLEAN. No toilet paper & trash all over the floor. Their was poopy Soiled toilet paper on the floor and the trash bin was blocking The entrance to enter the bathroom. I asked the Chubby Receptionist "what happened to your bathroom?" She said "oh it gets that way". She walked away. ? Huh? Not going to do your job? And clean it up? Ok. Rigghhtttttt. I love Dr. Kim and his staff...(Heyyy.Ladies).....Keep in mind because Dr. Kim is such a great doctor...he is busy 24/7....I love the girls in the office...BUT and I do mean BUT!...if I'm sick today...there is no way I need an apt. for next week...I might be dead by then...The best thing to do is get to the office 15 to 20 min before they open as a walk-in you may wait up to 45min to an hour...but at least you're in...Hope this helps...btw my husband and all 6 of my kids have been going to Dr. Kim for 10 plus years... read more

Great doctors very helpful the only issues is the front office staff it will take you for ever to have some one answer the phone and when they do they ask you to hold and that take forever as well it happens every time other than that everything and everyone in that office is great and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is been good and because of that I think they just over crowded they need more great staff to be added to that team. read more

I've been seeing him for 7 years, and I don't trust anyone else with my health. Waiting period can sometimes be long, but that's a testament to the myriad of people who trust him. Please also remember that he accepts patients who don't have an appointment... Not many doctors do that nowadays. Also, for a long time I didn't have insurance, and I was still able to see him with an affordable cash payment. I agree that it's an act of God to get in to see Dr Kim. He's been my PCP for 8 years (mainly out of laziness to change). When I saw him about arthritis and he was so quick to shove free samples down my throat I knew it was time to change. He wouldn't even discuss things like diet that may effect my condition, as a matter of fact he smirked at me as if I was an idiot. If I'm going to wait days to see my Dr.. I've been going to him for 10 years or more I never have trouble getting through make an appointment and I don't have to wait for a week or anything like that I can get an appointment right away I love when I hear him sing in the office he's always so happy no matter what he sits and listens to me whatever I have to say I am never rushed out of the room he always asks how am I doing and how is my family I've never had a doctor like him that cares for his patient and listen I can talk to him about everything and anything recommend dr.
