Cute little baby/kid boutique at Irvine Spectrum. It's higher end stuff so it will cost more. Customer service is great. Got a great little insulated stainless steal lunch container for $17.99. It's rectangle shape. I think it's better than the round Thermos warm food container. I bought Kai shoes here. One of the the best buys that I got here was the gel playmate!!! Easy to wipe down. Better than Carpet. And very colorful. Fun place to shop. Cute place to find presents too. Saw this lady buy a whole bunch of handcrafted cards! read more

Fantastic shoes. Have some big store brand shoes (no names, but the shoe brand rhymes with "hat & tack" and my baby dreads them because poor quality stitching. The komuello's from Jeannie n Mini's are as comfortable as a pair of socks with a durable, protective, non-slip bottom. Love em! read more

I love this store! Clothing here is expensive, but they do carry some great quality stuff that's hard to find in stores. Most of the products curated here are definitely noteworthy: hape, kickee pants, skip hop, think baby, bunnies by the bay, tagee, aiden + anais, innobaby, Mini Melissa, jelly cat etc. the store is small and they have a lot of stuff, but whatever stage you are at for your baby and young toddler, this is the place to go. Babies r us won't have a lot of these brands. People here are helpful. One of those stores where they might as well just take my money, cause they always have cute stuff. Happy shopping. read more

This store offers cutest baby outfits! Got really cute dresses, toy and onesie for my friend' new born baby girl. Ladies are so attentive and helpful here. 1/26/2018 approx 5pm husband and I came in for the first time and immediately greeted. Everytime we were looking at a toy an employyee would nicely explain to us how the toy works. We thought that was so professional and such awesome customer service!where do you find good retail service anymore? We bought a floor foam puzzle mat for $50. The price was reasonable that is also a toy you will not find at Target. The overall store has such unique toys, super cute clothes and employees were all so lovely, mature and professional ladies. I loved this store! I'm currently pregnant with a girl and all the girl clothes here are super cute!The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to one of the employees. We were here today with my husband and mother in law and one of the employees (an Asian lady) kept showing us to the clothes with discount. Also she kept asking us if we had seen the price of the clothing like if we couldn't afford to pay. It was really disrespectful and rude how she followed us around the store just checking what we had chosen. I felt like she thought we couldn't afford to buy there because we are hispanic. We felt really offended and disrespected. Adore the baby/toddler clothes and accessories. Ideal place to find that special occasion outfit or birthday gift. They have a wider selection of clothes for the little princess in your life so if you're shopping for a little boy this may not be your first destination. I wouldn't shop here all the time though bc it can get expensive. I saw a super cute Chanel-inspired purse that looked like a mini version of my real Chanel but at $40 it was a joke. I saw better quality options while vacationing in Italy for around 10 euros. If they go on sale I wouldn't mind buying one for my daughter. I did, however, find a pair of See Kai Run shoes that I'd been looking for everywhere. Regular price was $49.95 and they were on sale for $34.95. Nordstrom sold the exact pair for about $25 (on sale) but ran out of sizes quickly so I couldn't get my hands on them... until now. Even though they cost more than Nordstrom they're still worth the $$. All leather, durable soles and quality shoes for my active toddler. read more

My pregnant friend and I visited this place during it's grand opening yesterday and LOVED it!!! Irvine does not have enough baby boutiques, only big box stores. With the amount of people looking for nice, eco friendly, non plastic toys, I think this place will do great!! The selection of cloth and wood toys are great and they have all of their staff was very friendly and helpful. It might be because I had the cutest little baby with me :-p (I might be biased about that) The prices are also quite good, you can go in and end up spending only a few dollars or as much as you want. It's nice that because they have so much inventory that the price range really varies! The also have almost all the high end strollers all in one place. read more

The customer service, price, and selection here is fantastic in comparison to Buy Buy Baby and Babies R Us! Not a big box retailer or a fancy overpriced baby boutique, this store has all the essentials I'm not sure why this place has 4 dollar signs ($$$$) because the two purchases we made were the same prices on Amazon (I know because I checked before I bought)!! An additional bonus - they will assemble strollers for you! And hand deliver them to your car. Amazon does not pre-assemble strollers for you as far as I know. I went shopping here with my mom today. The great thing about this store (for us preggers people) is that everything you have researched online through Amazon, through baby registries, or baby books you can find here! We purchased a Chicco KeyFit Caddy (since we already had a Chicco KeyFit 30 Infant Car Seat) and a Belly Bandit (so I can get my preggers tummy in shape). The very knowledgeable saleslady who helped us out was very patient and helpful. She showed us how to fit the carseat in the caddy, which was super lightweight, and explained the difference between the different belly bands. Upon our purchase, we were pleased to find out that they could assemble the Caddy for us for FREE! Normally you would need to screw on the wheels yourself and since I am one day over my due date I would not be looking forward to that. Luckily, they offered to put it together for us so we walked out of the store with a completely assembled Caddy, which my mom and I used as a shopping cart. LOL! If you prefer to leave the Caddy (or stroller) in the box unopened, they will still help you carry it to the loading dock so you can swing your car by (very mom-friendly). read more

I don't think the prices here are high for the majority of the products unless you are comparing them to Amazon, which would be unfair. For everything from Aden + Anais to Skip Hop, they are charging the regular retail prices you would pay anywhere else, including the brand's retail site. Some of the items are not even available anywhere but the brand's retail site but at least you don't have to pay for shipping. For example, we got a Skip Hop shark lunchie pack and we haven't seen it at a regular retail store so far. Anyway, they have a really nice selections of higher end baby products, including diaper bags and strollers. The sales associates are all very nice without being overbearing. They have some harder to find items such as Chew Beads. Overall it is a nice place to pick up something for the more discerning parent and child or for something different from the usual light up musical toy from Target or Babies R Us. read more

Yes, however, it is not unreasonably marked up like some other small baby boutiques. The owner has always been fair about price matches if it makes sense and is realistic. Adorable store with great selection of high quality, educational, and engaging toys that are not easily found in big box stores. I LOVE that they have a healthy number of "sample" toys out for the little ones to play with and try out. This makes a shopping experience with your toddler SO much more enjoyable. Not to mention, it makes me more comfortable/confident splurging on the best finds. I won't go over the varied brands and pricey-but-lovely clothing, while they're wonderful, since they're covered in other reviews here. The woman in the store (I'm guessing she's the owner?) was patient, warm, and welcoming as my son and I spent quite a while looking over their offerings. They have a loyalty program, which is nice since you are spending more on higher quality toys here than you would on cheaper items in a big box store. Also, after purchasing a few different items, I received a nice follow-up email message thanking me - unusual but appreciated. We will definitely be visiting this store again. read more

This is a nice local offering of some mid-range to expensive baby brands -- you can find Boon, Haba Toys, Skip Hop, and the like here. I wish they carried Baby Bjorn though! I found it a little hard to browse for what I wanted since I felt like there were similar items in several places around the store, but I do agree with other reviewers that the selection was wide and varied. I wasn't offered any help during my time there, which I was surprised about given the other reviews. It would have helped, since I needed to make a very sly purchase (the friend I was buying for was in the store with me), so I wanted it to be done quickly ... They carry a lot of cool stuff for kids...stuff you wouldn't find at BRU or BBB. Workers are nice too and always available to help unlike at BRU where you walk around the store for 10 mins trying to hunt someone down to assist you. Unfortunately, my wife and I had an awful experience with the manager of the store. A very close friend of ours, per our recommendation, had gotten a gift from the spectrum store for our daughter for Christmas. It turned out the jacket was small for our daughter. Today, we went to see if we can exchange the gift for store credit, however, instead of helping our cause the store manager was absolutely arrogant and condescending towards us. First, she said the jacket looked used - which was untrue and a hurtful claim; then she mentioned the item was bought on sale and that there is no return policy on sale items (upon purchase my mother and friend were told the items can be returned). Finally, she closed her argument by saying the receipt showed the item was bought on the 13th of December and today was the 15th of January, hence we have missed the one month return corporate policy. The manager had made her position clear that there were no other options, but for us to accept a $100 gift as a total loss. My wife and I have purchased items from the store and really liked their selections. However, this experience has left us very angry and hurt. Now, I can't stand to look in the direction of this store and most certainly can not stand the store manager's obtuse and myopic view on customer service. I rarely am inclined to post my opinion on any matter. I must say, the rage and anger I felt after my accounter with this person, prompted me to take action. Suffice it to say, this was singularly the most offensive and unprofessional customer service experience I have ever had. read more

Great little baby store! This is a great place to stop into if you need to buy a baby shower gift or a gift for a baby. Aisles are kind of cramped so you have to watch closely if you have a stroller. Lots of little interesting items here. Seems pricey but I think it's probably normal retail price. Definitely items you can't really find at big box retailers. This place is so cute and fun! I was at the shops at Mission Viejo helping my husband shop for new clothes. I saw this place on the way to a different store and I couldn't help but go inside and take a look. My husband and I are expecting our first baby in December and so far we haven't found anything worth registering for. However I fell in love with EVERYTHING in this shop. It is a bit pricey, but the quality and uniqueness of every item makes up for it. I will definitely do the majority of my shopping here from now on! read more

This store is fairly new to the Irvine Spectrum. They have a lot of really terrific products for baby - probably everything you'd need to get started - by many brands we love (Aden + Anais, Chewbeads, 4moms, etc). They also have excellent customer service and will special order items for you if you just ask. The only downside is that on the whole, everything is pretty pricey. For example, we fell in love with a pair of PJ's for baby and they ended up being $38. It was a bummer, but if you're at the Spectrum and in need of great baby apparel, you should definitely pop in. read more

Looks like they have some great stuff in here, but customer service is lacking and I will never shop here. My son received a gift from here for his first birthday and it was a toy that was for ages 4 and up. I live in North OC and so I made it less than 3 weeks after I received it and had a gift recipt. They said it was more than 30 days after purchase and just pointed to the policy. The guy was nice, but called the owner/ manager and even explained the situation and it was turned down. It is a perfectly sellable product and I even offered to find something else and do an exchange but they refused. That tells me they care more about pocketing the money than making sure their customers are happy. Again, seems like they have a nice store but I will never step foot in there again. read more
