Great service and food comes relativity fast for a restaurant. Food amazing and the vibe was calming.

I'm never disappointed when I come to Jinya. I hadn't tried this location, and today was the day. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the dishes and provided us with great recommendations. The ambiance is average noise wise. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Our food came out quickly. It was fresh and hot. Our cocktail refreshers were delicious! So if you want a delicious noodle bowl, give them a try.

Since I was in the area and craving ramen, I decided to check out JINYA Ramen Bar in Pearland. I didn't want to go too far tonight, and ramen was calling my name. I often pass through this area when I'm home, as I live nearby. I ordered the JINYA Tonkotsu Black, cucumber salad, pork gyoza, and mochi ice cream for dessert. The atmosphere was low key chill. Special thanks to Chelsea-1520, my bartender and waitress--she was very knowledgeable about the menu and even remixed a drink for me, which was delicious! #tacotuesdaysevolvedtotheramentuesdays #foodforlife #travelnurseswithoutborders

Another win for Pearland and this plaza. Being a fan of the midtown Jinya I was excited to check this place out. Immediately I noticed the vibe and atmosphere was different. This was more lively and open vs intimate and dark. The place offered booth and table seating, ramen bar seating and bar seating so introverts and extroverts are well accommodated. Service was really nice with the new trainee Zeke checking up on us frequently. We ordered the Tan Tan Ramen which was creamy and the Chicken Yuzu Shio Delight offering a zestier option. Both unconventional but tasty and worth trying out. We also grabbed the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna which is the perfect appetizer. Expect quality and filling ramen when you visit this spot.

Nice and lively. Friendly and attentive service. Lots of seating options. Early dinner is the way to go. Got the Jinga bun (YUM!) and Jinya Black bowl. Both INCREDIBLE flavor and much enjoyed. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Our go to spot for ramen in Pearland. I've tried a few different options at this point and all have been good. I started with the spicy chicken- it was solid. I then started getting the Tonkotsu Red spice level 6-7. They say anything over 5 is crazy hot but they are just being dramatic. 7 is solid heat that you can feel but not overwhelming. The Birria ramen is a good option too if you want something a little different. I've always enjoyed my food here and it's a spot the whole family loves.

We went here for dinner for Mother's Day. They were full indoors so we opted for their patio since the weather was nice. The patio was good. The food was good. We ordered their chicken salad, which is available only for May. We ordered different types of ramen. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our waiter explained the menu since it's our first time at that location. We will definitely be back.

First time checking out Jinya in Pearland. Nice ambience and service was excellent. Food however was kind of average. I've had a better Tonkotsu Black at another location. The chashu could have more flavor. I ordered extra spice sauce but it didn't have much of a kick to it like I was expecting. Not sure if I would go back to this location.

One word, "delicious!" I am so happy to have found this ramen bar. My husband and I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, the trendy vibe and the smell off the delicious food. Our waiter Andrew was wonderful. He explained the menu throughly and provided great recommendations. Throughout our entire visit, he gave exceptional service. We ordered the Barria ramen and my husband ordered the spicy chicken ramen with extra fresh garlic. Both bowls came out hot and fresh! We enjoyed both ramen bowls. They were packed with so much flavor, I think we are now obsessed. because we had such a great experience, we brought our teens the following day to share our experience. Definitely a five star restaurant.

I've been to Jinya before, but this was my first time at the Pearland location. The service: there was a little wait in order to get seated, which I was fine with. I do wish the restaurant was designed a little differently, as there is nowhere to sit while you're waiting. So everyone is crammed at front door waiting to be seated. Food: I ordered the spicy chicken ramen, and added fresh garlic. It's soo good, and perfect for a cold day. Their French fries are delicious too, they're the shoe-string kind. Drinks: I ordered the yuzu margarita. The price was $14, which is typical for cocktails now. However, I do wish that it was a little stronger as it tasted primarily like margarita mix.

Azim was a wonderful server. He was patient and explained the menu perfectly. He answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. My dad got the Birria ramen and it was sooooo delicious. The other ramen bowls (spicy chicken and tonkotsu red) were great also. And the shrimp wontons hit the spot. On top of that you can get reward points for future visits. I will definitely be back . It is a smaller place so just be prepared for that. But there is still enough space to not feel overcrowded. Oh and the Jinya Bun appetizer was great too!

First visit: - Everyone was very welcoming and attentive. - The Jinya bun was so good, fragrant meat and soft bun. The mayo sauce blends well with the pork. I'm sad that it's only one cuz It's so good. - Tonkotsu black was creamy and garlicky and the noodles were thick. I wish that the chashu had a stronger smoky flavor but It's still good. The egg was cooked well and runny inside. I was surprised that I finished the ramen since it was very filling. Second visit: - Service was great. My mom and I were well taken care of. The place had a good vibe. - I had the Jinya bun again, I think I'm addicted. If I could I would eat 3 more. - I tried out the Tan Tan Men cuz I was feeling adventurous today. Unfortunately, I wasn't too crazy about it cuz to me it had a bitter(?) aftertaste. I liked the creaminess of the broth though. The noodles were thick and had good texture. The bok choy was cooked well and still had a nice bite. The dish itself was not bad overall, it's just not my kind of flavor. - I wish they still had the panna cotta, it was amazing and I'm sad to find out today that they took it out of the menu.

Bottom line, plenty of spaces. Side note, they're not all spaced the way you might expect. Walking in, the place was hopping. Much more crowded than the former business. Pretty good sized menu. They serve you the red salsa, but you can ask for the green. The kind that gives you heart burn for hours. Worth it. Both salsa were great, chips were fresh. We ordered house margaritas, and those were also very good. Pricing was average. For food we ordered the parrillada El Malecon. Mixed beef and chicken, with ribs and quail. Here's where things went a little rough. We ordered the "for two" but the entire was still in a " for one" portion. 3 pieces of steak, 3 chicken, one quail 2 rib portions. Definitely seemed off. The manager came by, and we discussed. On THEIR menu, the double portion is only 4 strips of steak, 4 of chicken, still only one quail, and two rib portions. The reasoning we were given is that people don't seem to like the quail. First, nothing about this is "for two." For 45.99 this isn't it. The chicken and beef were good, the quail was not seasoned well unfortunately, and the ribs were over sauced with a cheap syrupy sauce. Overall food was a no. But here's where I also have to give credit. They stuck with their defense, and while we discussed someone brought a plate of chicken and beef. While we weren't going to ask for anything, we do appreciate their thoughtfulness and speedy resolution. Maybe they knew it was coming , or maybe they just jumped ahead to make it work. Either way, we appreciated that effort. Overall, service was great, food was 50/50. Wouldn't do the parrilladas again, but would try other menu items.

Mine was ok and I probably could have added a lot of veges as my bowl was only 1/2 full. It is one price for one bowl, irrespective of how much of what you add. Taste wise, it was ok as I had no idea how much of sauce would go into it or the spice level. The second order was vegetable roll. We asked for a little customized version of excluding mushrooms. They brought it with 'kanpyo' instead and forgot the carrots First of all kanpyo looks like mushroom and didn't have the faintest idea that they were very different things , secondly carrots were no where to be seen. When called to enquire, they apologized and took back the order without a minute's hesitation and made a fresh batch made with no mushroom no kanpyo and carrots included. Appreciated that very much. Food wise summery, the bowl or the roll. I definitely preferred the roll and when soaked in sriracha, it exploded in my mouth with flavors. The first one just fell into sriracha by mistake and got drenched, after I tasted that I drowned the next ones in myself...... The place is maintained spotless and the bar was filled to capacity at 5 pm. They do have TV with closed captions . Very limited vegetarian options but you won't go hungry.

My sisters and I came here today to simply enjoy crawfish & each a drink. One of my sister's ordered (medium spice) and her order was almost perfect, nice large crawfish, and the season was just right (see pic). Me and my other sister ordered medium season with "extra garlic." Our crawfish was so spicy we could only eat about 3. Also over 50% of the crawfish was tiny (see pic). My sister got a headache and her stomach was upset. So she was not feeling well. We informed Abigail, our server, of the problem and learned that adding "extra garlic" actually means "more spice" -- which we didn't know, we simply wanted extra garlic. Now, the manager, Gus, was informed. He came to the table and was willing to take the crawfish back and redo our orders. (At this point, we didn't know we were getting the same crawfish back). He also mentioned of the end of the season was the reason for the tiny crawfish. Tiny crawfish that should not have been served to us or anyone (regardless if it's end of the season). It should be used for fishing bait or tossed. And besides my other sister's tray was at least 95% large crawfish. Our server came back and apologized, and another employee brought us a tray of crawfish still with over 50% tiny crawfish. This time, the taste was better. We learned that when crawfish is not satisfactory; they take it back to the kitchen, rinse the same crawfish and re-dip in sauce. The server is not the cook or the leader, they have limited authority. The manager came back over and saw the size of our crawfish. He offered additional crawfish, (which I appreciated) but it ended up being the same size mix. The last mishap of the night is that I was doubly charged. A training issue. It took at least 30 minutes to get this rectified and I am still monitoring my account. I believe there were several opportunities throughout the evening that we should've been offered "real compensation" much earlier in the evening. But the offer didn't come until the very end --when my sister emphasized how long we had been at the restaurant; and all that we had experienced and that we should "at least" been offered a dessert or drink. The manager presented discount cards to use on another visit and apologized to us. Thankful. When experiences like this happen, I always think about the top leader, like a District Manager. A DM should train the on-site manager on how to handle/ satisfy issues "at the beginning." Also to ensure that the chef does not prepare and serve disproportionate food to customers.

While my bartender was initially slow with service, she did attempt to improve toward the end of my visit. My tab from that evening reflects multiple charges (approximately $45.00), and notes were left reflecting my experience. My primary concern involves the manager on duty. Due to heavy rain, I politely requested to exit through the side door closest to my parked vehicle. I had already remained inside for over an hour waiting for the rain to subside and ordered an additional drink simply to wait it out. The manager informed me that if I attempted to exit through the side door, she would physically confront me. When I later attempted to leave, I first tried exiting through the front entrance but was met with severe rainfall that would have left me completely soaked. I then proceeded toward the side exit. At that point, the manager physically grabbed me and forcefully threw me to the ground while it was actively raining. There is absolutely no circumstance under which a manager should place their hands on a guest or use physical force. As a result of this incident, I am experiencing physical pain, specifically in my elbow and hip. I also felt attacked, unsafe, and humiliated. The physical and emotional impact of this incident has been significant. I have videos and photographs documenting the weather conditions and related circumstances and am requesting an immediate and thorough review of this matter, including all available surveillance footage and witness statements. I expect prompt follow-up regarding how this incident will be addressed. What occurred was not only unprofessional but poses serious concerns regarding staff conduct, guest safety, and liability.
