The crew assigned to my project was Jose and Ismael Fernandez; from the moment they set foot on the project site these guys were respectful, courteous, and professional. At each step during the project they checked in with me on project status, and ensured I was happy with the work/results. They answered all my (somewhat basic) questions, and were very customer focused throughout the project. Their attention to detail and overall quality of work was really appreciated and made the whole residing experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely request them again should I ever be looking to reside another house in the area. The project manager Alejandro was similarly very customer focused, easy to get ahold of with questions, and worked to ensure I was pleased with results at each phase of the project. The pricing was very reasonable for the scope of work, and overall we are very happy with the results. The bathroom renovation turned out beautifully. The team replaced the flooring and walls, installed a new bathtub, toilet, and vanity/sink, and also updated the electrical and plumbing. Alex did an excellent job managing these aspects of the renovation. One of our goals was to maximize the bathroom space, and the team successfully repositioned the bathtub to create a more functional layout. Aaron, the site manager, was patient, professional, and attentive throughout the project. He took the time to listen to our requests, communicated clearly, and made sure the finished work aligned with our expectations. His positive attitude and sense of humor also made the process much easier and more enjoyable. We also had vinyl wood flooring installed throughout the home. Nick handled the flooring work, including removing the old carpet and installing the molding, and the finished floors look great. They were very professional and informative through the whole project. They made a mistake and took ownership of it and came back out to repair it (needed 1-2 more hole vents in my eaves).
