SUPER RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONAL MALE BARISTA WITH FACE tattoo recently went in to grab a quick snack before work and when i entered i was greeted with a "hi good morning" so i looked around to locate where it came from so i can greet them back, and was meet with a man with face tattoos telling again "i said hello good morning can you acknowledge me like im a human being" in an incredibly condescending and aggressive tone. I was taken back at his aggressiveness because i was just trying to see where the voice came from but instead he assumed i was being rude and was incredibly confrontational about it. i ended up just muttering good morning back to him because i was a bit intimidated and it was just a lot of negativity to have been meet with in the morning. he then proceeded to ask me "what do you want?" which again just was not the kind of service a coffee shop should want to employ. i know working in coffee shop can be stressful as i have worked for a big chain before, but that attitude was just so disgusting and disarming and honestly if you're that aggressive and negative at work to your customers it's time find a new job. maybe one where you don't have to work with people. super rude and after looking in help i've seen other people have had similar negative expierences with this employee so im not sure why he's still working there. also the food was nothing special, pretty sure all their pastries are from costco. read more

Coffee was alright. Had a simple ice latte with one pump of mocha and the drink was a little watered down for my taste. Save your money and check out Stell's or Slow Bloom's in Redlands. Hard to find good coffee in this area. read more

Absolutely great little cafe, from the little cafe tables to the more comfortable easy chairs and reclner--the food is great-- mostly breakfast treats and pastries plus smoothies and Red Bull slushies. You have got to try the coffee cake, and the Caramel Latte is great too. When I say "little" its more of a feel, the place is actually huge with a cafe, or a more comfortable armchair seating area set back from the cafe, and then several large meeting rooms. It is right on the corner of Ramsey and San Gorgonio and has parking in front as well as a large lot just around the corner--just a couple units down from the Fox theatre, and next door to the Banning Art Gallery--a very nice area, especially since they have been upgrading the area. (The intersections are adorned with vibrant street paintings--a nice complement to the lovely local murals on buildings in the block. If you haven't been here lately, you should check it out! This place is great, I can only drink vegan milks due to allergies and they don't charge extra for different milks which is different in a good way! Also they have a gluten free option for a snack which most places don't. And so many sugar free syrups, my dad is diabetic but likes a good old fashioned flavored latte so he's usually stuck with plain old sugar free vanilla so this rocks. Love it! The Coffee and the food is delicious but every time we go there and we have the server "Aly" she always makes it wrong, charges us wrong or doesn't give us the right thing. All the other servers are amazing. This is a consistent problem and we're hearing the same thing from other people that go there consistently. I hope this changes. read more

Funky little coffee place in downtown Banning. In town to spend a day hiking in Joshua Tree National Park, had breakfast with my wife and daughter. We all really liked the place, the breakfast sandwiches were flavorful and the coffee freshly brewed. Nice servers. If I lived in Banning, I would be in here a lot. read more

A simple menu (breakfast paninis and a burrito), freshly-baked sweets (love the mini scones), and tasty brews (Lavazza!) make Jitterz a worthy stop at least once a week. Came to try this coffee shop out for the first time and LOVED It. The man who helped us pick a drink was so friendly and really helpful. He let us try a sample of the nitro coffee and really took his time to help us decide. Also the shop was super big! I would never return. I went on the first week they opened and they microwaved my husbands breakfast sandwich which of course made it soggy. I tried getting a chai latte but it was awful and tasted nothing like chai and seemed to be fully sugar.. The whole thing went in the trash. I really wanted to give this place a chance but it's just not worth returning with the soggy breakfast and undrinkable chai. They also have 0 to no vegan / vegetarian options. I would also have appreciated if they could've had Matcha or some thing else besides coffee and that chai. Well, this is why Starbucks continues to thrive. read more

Cappuccino is simply Delicious with Lavazza espresso. The cafe is very spacious with lots of seating. I didn't try any of the pastries this time but I will definitely try the scones on my next visit. I will be returning soon. read more

Just moved back to the area after 15 years in NYC. This cafe is such a nice surprise! I've been twice and love the natural light that floods the open space. Both visits I've gotten the Brooklyn Breakfast Burrito and it is perfection! Highly recommend Jitterz if you want good coffee, good food and a great space to get work done. read more

A great location and if you happen to get called for jury duty at the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside - Banning Justice Center it is two blocks away. Not only is the coffee really good but the breakfast sandwiches are great as are the giant chocolate chip cookies!!!!!! This place is a joke. Placed an order through Door Dash. Luckily the order didnt get canceled like the past three I placed. This time though the order on Door Dash I received was completely incorrect. It's happened in the past where one item is missing or wrong but this one EVERY.SINGLE.THING was wrong.
