Not sure how this guy got so many 5 star reviews. He came to our house for an initial appointment, told us we needed a new screen for our laptop and told us which one to order. We ordered the laptop screen and were told to contact him when it was in. It took me several days to get in touch with him, when I finally did, we agreed on an appointment time. He never showed up for the appointment, and didn't even bother to call or text that he was not going to show up. Now we're stuck with a laptop screen we paid for and no one to install it. I will make sure everyone I know knows not to use this guy. Update...please see the attached images of the very unprofessional message I received from this man....this does absolutely nothing to change my mind. Also, we had the computer taken to a professional repair shop and they told us because the screen was machine pressed, it can't be replaced manually. I'm sure this guy is fine for basic virus protection but he clearly didn't have the knowledge to fix my laptop and should've just admitted that upfront. read more

I was having a lot of trouble with my laptop. I contacted Matt and was able to drop off my laptop immediately and he was able to fix everything and get me up to date on my updates and got the computer back to me in the same day. It's not often you get 5 stars when you don't fix the problem. I had a unique situation with a computer and Matt came by to take a look. He fiddled for roughly an hour and wasn't able to fix it. That being said, he didn't even charge me a service call. Honestly, I don't know how he stays in business. Matt is one of those guys that if he doesn't know how to fix it, which rarely happens, he will do his best to find someone who can! I thought my laptop was gone for good, thanks to a failing hard drive & more than a few other things wrong. Super friendly, knowledgeable person is Matt. He's got some great tools to help take care of your laptop/pc/mac. He's prompt both in answering calls and at appointments. If he can't fix it (which is rare) he'll find someone who can and refer you to them. He won't refer to someone he doesn't know or wouldn't use himself. Why use that other 'skwad'? Just call Matt.
