Me and cousin went in to try this place looked good. I got 2 item with loganisa and beef dish with pandit. Food was goid but pretty greedy only few pieces of beef and 2 sausage for 14.99 plus tax. Beef dish was really greasy too. My cousin got some veggies that had crab or something was really fishy. She ordered a halo halo and mostly ice for $10 not very flavorful or sweet either rice Krispy was stale. After that I see some Filipino folks come in and they were piling their food like really why they get more how insulting. Won't go back waste of money read more

It's been around two years from the first the signs appeared until the restaurant was open. That's a long time to wait. The first week that they were open, the aroma of the Adobo was so strong that even my nose could notice it. It was an amazing aroma. Every time I stopped in the past, I had already eaten but I was interested since I lived in a house where the owners had Pilipino backgrounds. Me? Hapones po ako. I went the other day, not having eaten, and didn't know what I could eat other than lumpia or pancit. The person behind the counter suggested the Sisig Pork. Of course, I needed rice, and I got something that was a vegetable dish. I also got to try the Ube Lumpia. Now, here is the problem. As a child, I choked on bones a lot, so I avoid them. The sauces were amazing. The pork was good, but I didn't get far with it. I would fail at Lechon 101. The place was clean. I've been to places where I would only eat the packaged food. The people are friendly. The prices are reasonable. I hope that they have big success. read more

I am updating my original review because, unfortunately, my recent visits have been disappointing enough that I have to lower my rating. The overall quality has noticeably deteriorated while prices have continued to increase. The coffee was so watered down that it barely tasted like coffee. Portion sizes have become much smaller, yet you're paying significantly more than before. What used to feel like good value no longer does. It's disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed this place and had recommended it before. Based on my recent visits, I can no longer do that. read more

The prices and food were really good and the service was great! We went at around 2pm today and they had just had a large catering order that wiped out several items in the hot counter. They were out of pork adobo and lumpia so I went with chicken adobo and pancit. The pancit was SO good and the chicken adobo had really good soaked in flavor. I'm looking forward to trying their lumpia and lechon (only on saturdays) next time. read more

New Filipino restaurant in Manteca. We missed the grand opening on Saturday 1/17/26 so we decided to check this place out for lunch the next day. They were only serving breakfast at the time we arrived which was around 12pm but they did later on have other dishes out. We ended up ordering 2 bangsilog and longsilog combo plates. The combo plates come with drinks. Overall, great food and service is nice and friendly. We will definitely come back to try out more of their dishes. read more

New Filipino spot in Manteca Craving some Silogs for breakfast so went to check out this place. Typically Silogs are a breakfast meal that has protein with garlic rice, eggs and vegetables. The Silogs were decent size for the price and you get a drink as well. $15 per plate, comes with meat, 2 fried eggs, 2 scoops garlic rice, a slice of tomato, and a drink (soda, bottled water). There is complimentary coffee, vinegar sauce, banana ketchup, chili oil. Service was friendly and patient, Leo took our order. Also met one of the owners, Joy, sweet lady. I heard they have karaoke nights as well, need to check the tour next time and will come back to try the lunch/dinner menu with more Filipino entrees. read more

Manteca is fortunate enough to have this new Filipino food spot open. We needed a place that offered Filipino cuisine, and we were in luck! This deli-style establishment has ample parking and seating. Tonight, they had karaoke singing for anyone brave enough to get up and sing. The family-owned business exudes warmth and friendly service. All the food is served deli-style so enjoy picking your dishes, there are plenty of options. I'm happy to say that we now have another local favorite spot. Here's a breakdown of the food: The chicken pancit noodles were flavorful and included pieces of celery, chicken, carrots, and cabbage. The chicken adobo was a hit. The rich sauce and juicy chicken were delicious. Don't forget to ask for the sauce over your steamed rice; you'll thank me later! My favorite dish was the beef machado. It was a savory tomato stew with soy sauce, citrus, and fork-tender beef. The potatoes, red, and green bell peppers were all cooked to perfection. My wife had the pork sinogang soup and enjoyed it. Came in around 11:30am on a weekday. I was hoping to get some lumpia for my kids before picking them up from school but once again there was no lumpia. I asked the lady behind the counter and she said it would be a long wait for it. Bummer. I ordered the two item lunch plate. One item was the BBQ chicken skewers. Here's what gets me. I was given only one skewer. They could have at least given me two. Like other reviews have stated, they are very pretty greedy with the food. Portions are way too small. I'm not a big back or anything.... It's just ridiculously small amounts of food for the price you're paying. So I got rice, one teeny skewer and beef afritada for $14.99 plus tax. I'm curious to see how long this business will last. Food is tasty and service was average. I wouldn't recommend it though. I will continue to drive to Stockton to my usual Filipino restaurant. read more

Food : Lived 17 years in the Bay area, live in Manteca almost 26 years now. Talked to one of their owners and asked why their food is so good. Oh my goodness! My bf ordered a 3 combo adobo, longanisa and machado... and an empanada. When I say EVERYTHING was delicious I mean it! We live in sac and Filipino food is hit or miss. Too salty or too sweet, omg everything was sooo good from garlic fried rice to empanada. This was our first time trying llocos empanadas, I've been wanting to try one for awhile but it's super hard to find it in sac! EVERYTHING was perfectly seasoned! He works in Manteca on Mondays and it's always closed, the one time he works in that area cause of a holiday weekend route switch up.. I'm so glad he and I got to try it on a Friday!! Food, service and ambience was amazing here. I tried the combo plate which consisted of an entree and two sides, got pancit with 2 lumpias and mechado. The pancit was very light and flavorful, the lumpia was very crispy and were huge, and mechado was probably the best I'd have ever. Great recommendation! read more

If this place is stingy with its portions, which is what Pinoys are known for, I'd rather go to Panda Express. Staff are terrible! Thought my first time was just a busy day for them but return today and still they have terrible staff. I came in to eat lunch ordered a breakfast item but told me that it would take a while because they run out of rice! But I told her I'll wait cuz she told me 10 min. I believe this is the first Pilipino restaurant in Manteca. We checked it out earlier today and it was a great experience. The taste, temperature and quality of the food is very good. Example for Kare Kare they use oxtail as the protein of the dish and not a lot of restaurants use that. Michado was very on point on the taste and meat was very tender. Place is clean and very inviting with some Pilipino decor. People talk about us Pilipino's being very hospitable, wait till you experience the hospitality of the people that run the place. We met one of the JJ's if I remember she is Josie one of the owners and her son as well who helped us pick our food. They were very hospitable, they make you feel welcome in their restaurant.
