Service members were apologetic and I let it slide because they were very busy but I had to approach them for any updates on status which was frustrating especially when it went over the initial hour and a half estimate. My husband had an appt for 4:15 today to get a rotation and balance. He was also told it'd be an hour and a half- he didn't leave until after 7. Extremely frustrating again but service members were apologetic and I wasn't going to leave this review BUT when he got home he realized that the balance that he went for wasn't even performed. One star for apologetic team members but something has to be done about how appointments are handled.

I was charged almost $400 and told the issue was fixed. About 10 miles after leaving, my car started running hot. I immediately called the shop and was told, "That's strange, it didn't run hot when you brought it in." I had the car towed back. Three days later, I was told the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the car would not start, which has never been an issue before. Again, I was told, "That's strange, it started when I drove it this morning." While driving the car home--less than 10 minutes from the shop--the vehicle began producing heavy white smoke, which I later learned indicates a blown head gasket. My car was returned to me in much worse condition than when I brought it in. I'm not sure what was done to my vehicle, but based on my experience, I strongly recommend doing your homework and getting a second opinion before taking your car here.

Out of all the times I've come here (countless), there has only been one time they didn't have the tire I was looking for. Also, I never really have any issues with the tires I buy from here. If you're someone like me, that buys used tires a lot and have been to several used tire shops around town, you know that some of these places will sell you a faulty tire in a heart beat. I usually pay around $50 for my tires and that price includes everything with installation. Of course that price may vary with different tire sizes. Also, you don't have to get out of your car during the tire swap and their tires come with a short warranty.
