Nobody does it better! I've gone almost exclusively to JJ's for several years now for my vehicle maintenance. They are honest and don't "find" things that require unnecessary repairs. I recently took my SUV to a dealership for a specialized repair and was then handed a list of several other serious "problems" that would require at least $500 to "fix." I knew this was highly unlikely and took the vehicle to JJ's for a second opinion. Their inspection confirmed my suspicions and they sent me off with a clean bill of vehicle health at no charge. They are quick, competent, and have a wonderful customer hospitality area with a TV, outlets for electronics, complimentary refreshments, and an extremely clean restroom. Was VERY disappointed with the experience I had. I scheduled an appointment, called to follow-up as I was on my way in and the person who answered the phone (Ralph) told me that they are very busy today and that they would not be able to honor my appointment time. WTF!! Ae you serious? Luckily, I found another place that was able to squeeze me in and they got me in and out within the hour of my scheduled 'last minute' appointment. NOW that is great customer service and they now have me as a customer. I'll be calling them first, before I call the dealership. Wish I would have known about them sooner. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! THIS SHOP IS FULL OF SCAMMERS. Im overly DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED in this shop. I'm a 19 year old female college student, and these guys totally tried to take advantage of me! I took my 2005 Honda Civic Lx to them to get diagnosed. I was recommended not to put money into my car and even sell it for scraps. then they said it would be over $2500 in repairs to get my car working again, but couldn't explain to my father and I what was actually wrong with my car that would come up to so much money. I decided to just get the diagnosis and take my car elsewhere, but when I came to pay for the diagnosis, there was absolutely nothing on the receipt. My dad became a little angry and the guy quickly put the $50 back on my card with the excuse of one of the mechanics took all of the papers home and there was no computer trail. My dad worked in a mechanic shop so he knew this was a lie, so he stepped outside to make a call; this made the guy nervous and he proceeded to tell me they would email me the diagnosis report in the morning, and I could take my car free of charge because he knew they were in the wrong. I didn't receive the report until three days later and it looked made up. I was out of $120 of Towing fees, and my car set for 15 weeks while I was struggling to get back-and-forth to class. After finally saving up enough money I took my car to another shop and within three days found out there was only two minor things wrong with my car and paid $135 for a COMPLETE fix. This is sad what you guys do to people, and what's done in the dark WILL come to the light! read more
