He had groceries that obviously came out of the trash. I got a bag from my car and helped him myself. My sister said one of the men who worked at Bob's called me an "asshole". The young man who fell was struggling to get up and not one of these 4 employees who saw him tried to help him. I did go into the business and told them they should all be ashamed of themselves. One of the reasons I continue to go back to Spencer's Automotive is because they have always been…read morehonest with me and integrity is important. They could have easily sold me on replacing my timing chain, gears and all the parts that it takes to rebuild that area but instead I was advised that it would be best to have the transmission checked out first before spending $2500 to $3000 with them. The car is only worth about $5000 so it wouldn't be worth spending all that money on it to then have the transmission break down on me and I would have to spend another 4-5K. Thank you for honesty!
