Not recommended! We were out of the town and the state inspection was past due.They rejected our state inspection in a few minutes simply because of a broken chip on the tail light cover. We told him the cover was cracked for years and we never had problems passing the state inspection. The owner told me to call state police. We were told there was an torn boot bellow the rack, which we can't see. They knew we were on the way to other places. It would take a while for them to show us the problem. We didn't have time and had to give up. Their attitude was bad and they took advantage of people from other places. The conclusion is they are not honest people. Strongly not recommend for those from the places other than Richmond. read more

I love JK Auto Care. I used to own a landscaping business and brought all of my trucks and trailers to him. He's always treated me well and fairly - and he's honest, which is tough to find in this industry. Crooks and Scam Artists! Do not us JK Auto Care as they will purposely break something on your vehicle, lie to insurance and then try to steal your car. I took my car for a simple alignment. They then test drove my car, called me laughing that the axel broke and told me it was a $1400 fix. They refused to file a claim with their insurance so I did with theirs and mine. They lied to insurance and said I brought my car to them for a front end noise..... I only had my car there for an alignment and they broke it while driving it. After the insurance adjustors evaluated my car I called a tow truck to remove my car from their shop as I wouldn't have them touch it EVER again. The shop owner stated that it was now his car and I wasn't getting it back. I had to call the police to escort me on their property to get my car. In the time I went in there until the police showed up they put a sign up in there lobby that stated there was a $100/day storage fee for keeping your car there. I was forced to pay $780 to get my car back that was completely broken down now that it was in their care. I couldn't move my car because THEY damaged it and insurance had to come look at it AND now they decided to put a storage fee on their mistake? Absolute crooks! They will get their money out of you one way or another. Sad business and I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with them. They should be banned from working with the public and stealing their money. read more
