Alfonso, the technician who came to fix the leak said my plumbing pipes had been recalled several years ago because the lines failed and were substandard and not worth fixing. He did a temporary fix on the leak but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't fail. He said my plumbing needed to be completely replaced and called his boss to get pricing. They gave me their best discount and I accepted the price. It was a shock to me to find I had to replace everything but there was no other option and I made an appointment for Monday. I want to commend Alfonso and his partner Benny for their kindness towards me. Alfonso even helped my park maintenance man install a new meter because mine was cracked and leaking gas! Alfonso went above and beyond for helping me with my emergency situations! I also want to commend the workers who are installing my new plumbing and water heater, JT and Eddy. They are excellent and efficient and sensitive to a senior citizen's needs and are very kind as well. I highly recommend this business and their wonderful staff!

My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. They took the time to talk with me over the phone first and helped confirm what the issue likely was. I asked if they could come out the same day, and they were able to accommodate. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Before starting, they gave me a price range so I knew what to expect. In the end, the sewer line access was very close to the house, so the job was easier than expected and they actually charged me on the low end of the range, which I thought was very fair. What really impressed me was how thorough they were. They ran a camera through the line and showed me exactly what was going on inside the pipe. They explained the condition of the line, what caused the issue, and how much life the pipe likely has left. They also took a look at another plumbing concern while they were there. Since my tenants were present during the visit, I especially appreciated how professional they were. They handled everything respectfully and did not discuss pricing or anything that would have put me in an awkward position in front of my tenants.
