These three guys knocked it all out in one move. They even assembled our furniture, wrapped our nice belongings and carried our plants into our yard. I couldn't be happier with their efficiency, their attitude, and their overall service. Thank you all so much! I scheduled a three-person moving team for my move. The movers were very young, and while they were…read morepolite and hardworking, it appeared to me that they lacked experience with a move of my size. During the move, a woman from the office called to ask how things were going. I shared my concerns about their apparent lack of experience and how long I thought it might take to move my three-bedroom home. Her response surprised me. She said, "Well, we can cancel your move if you'd like." I replied that I did not want to cancel and that I would simply have to stop the move once I reached my budget. Shortly after our conversation, she sent me an email stating that if the movers were not treated well, they could cancel the move. This completely caught me off guard because nothing in our conversation suggested that the movers were being mistreated. I responded asking where that was coming from, and she replied, "If no language, then nothing to worry about. Wishing you a great day!" I later posted a review about my interaction with her. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating that my move had been canceled. The office instructed the movers to leave my belongings in the driveway. I was mortified. I called and pleaded with them to have the movers put my belongings back inside the house. I was told they would only do so if I deleted my review. To avoid being left with my belongings in the driveway, I reluctantly removed the review. We then paid the movers directly in cash for their time, as none of this was their fault. I waited over a month to post this review because it took an unusually long time to receive my deposit refund. I would be very cautious about booking this company. My experience with Paula was extremely disappointing. I don't know why she was so aggressive, but this is not the type of customer service or business practice I would ever want to deal with again.

In fact, I will be using them again to move another senior next month. My go to moving company. I cannot praise them highly enough. They are patient, kind, with gracious attitudes and ready smiles. I 100% absolutely recommend. A++

    1. $750 for a move is absolutely ridiculous. It's straight up robbery if you ask me…read more 2. They damaged my wardrobe and refused to pay the full value. I didn't have that many items to move since I live in a studio, but I did have some larger furniture that I couldn't move myself-- which is why I hired movers. I picked this moving company because I thought they would be extra careful with my furniture. To my surprise, 1 of the 3 men wound up damaging 1 of my wardrobes to the extent that I now need a new one, even though it was wrapped up, and injured himself in the process. The top and back popped off, the doors are uneven, the screws are exposed, the connecting pieces are out and/or missing, the wood is chipped and broken off, and the shelves don't stay up in the wardrobe. Their customer support had the audacity to only offer $45, saying the "plan" I paid for covered $0.60/lb and estimated (with no research) that the wardrobe was 75lbs. Wrong! The wardrobe is actually worth $200 and is over 100lbs, so they are already lowballing me. It shouldn't matter what "plan" I paid for; if YOU break it, YOU need to make it right and replace the wardrobe! I could have saved myself $300-$400 and a wardrobe by getting movers through Task Rabbit, which I've done in the past and had no issues with. Definitely never booking with them again. The only positive experience was the friendliness of the movers themselves.

Scheduled a move for 10/14 at 1pm…read more They pushed the time back because of a delay with the move before me. I had to reach out for updates. They then canceled on me 20 minutes before the rescheduled time, saying they *couldnt* leave the other move to honor my appointment even tho the other person wasn't even packed. (They just wanted that extra hourly cost from that person I'm sure). Rescheduled for the next day. Cost me money because I had already paid for daycare and for a cleaner to come to my old place. I had to pay for another day of day care and pay my cleaning person a cancellation fee plus the cleaning fee. Almost $300. Despite being very clear about moving a 1400sq ft place, they showed up with a truck that was too small to do it in one trip as discussed (Dragging out the time/cost). One mover was polite. The other was rude and the overall experience was beyond unprofessional. They left me with scratched and wobbly/damaged furniture from mishandling. They even asked us to help move things ! When the office person sent the text requesting payment, I asked about the price being adjusted for the huge and expensive inconvenience they caused me the day before and she was reluctant to do anything. After my insistence she gave me a small discount, but in actuality I should not have paid a dime over the originally quoted price due to the unprofessionalism and what they cost me by canceling. I asked if they were an insured company and she refused to answer or address my damaged furniture. She was generally pretty defensive and kept repeating the same excuse instead of wanting to accommodate me. I will obviously never recommend or use this company.
