JNL does Plumbing now too!! I needed my 14 yr. old kitchen faucet replaced after it started leaking and also had 2 toilets acting up. I was struggling to figure out who I could get to do it, that would do a great job, and do it right! I've had a maintenance agreement with JNL fpr my Furnace and Air Conditioner since 2007 and then I remembered that they recently added Plumbing to their list of skills. JNL climate control installed our new furnace. From the point that they walked in the door, everything was done professionally. The on-site creation of the venting steel and base helped make the furnace more quiet, and they added more quieting installation between the wall and the furnace. The installers were true craftsmen. The installation looks great. We have a large intake vent in the center of the house that used to be ridiculously loud. Now, we can hardly hear the furnace ignite and when it's running. Kurt did a great job of explaining how all the new stuff: furnace, thermostat, etc. works. We highly recommend this company. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would. We used JNL years ago for a new AC on a new house. Awesome job. That was 16 years ago, and the AC finally gave in. Called another firm and got HORRIBLE service. BIG MiSTAKE. JNL gave us a quote based on a detailed assessment of our needs, and it came out at more than a thousand dollars less. All new unit, all new lines, all new electrical. Competitor offered new unit on all old equipment, nothing more then tried to up sell new furnace and Water Heater. WOW... As far as I'm concerned, I suggest you stop looking, and call JNL. JNL installed A/C and Heater unit in by single family house. The showed up for the initial estimate on time and gave me a detailed description of what they are going to do. The price was competitive. On installation day, they showed up on time with 3 people, laid floor protection, cleaned after them, were friendly and professional. Followed all the steps that where promised on the estimate. We noticed a small water leak. We reached out to JNL using the after hours service. We asked to be contacted this morning. Kurt called at 0730 to understand what the issue was. At 0900 the doorbell rang and Jason was at our front door. Jason was quite the professional. He ensured to keep any water away from our wood floors. He kept us updated on what he found and how he was going to fix it. One hour later the job was done, everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Guy driving the company work van cut me off doing 60 mph in a 35 speed zone. Driving like a maniac almost caused a accident. When he got stuck next to me at a stop light I ask if his boss knows he drive that truck like that and his reply was " I am the boss" F*** Off ! Nice company !
