Visited Dr Claustro upon the suggestion of a friend. I have been looking for a new dentist for over 2 years now. Super happy I took my friends advice. Dr Claustro is the first dentist I've been to who actually asked me what my past dental experiences have been like and she wanted to know what I expected from her. She's easy to talk to and genuinely makes you feel like she cares. The Hygienist was excellent. She was very gentle and did an awesome job cleaning and polishing my teeth. For me, a Hygienist can make or break the deal. Props to Dr Claustro's assistant as well. Overall, they do a good job making you feel welcome and provide a very comfortable environment . Very courteous office staff. I will definitely be going back. I hope this puts an end to my 2 year search for a dentist I can trust and maintain a relationship with. read more

After searching high and low for the perfect dentist office I have found it! I had the pleasure of having Dr. Agarwal as my dentist and she is absolutely amazing. She is so caring and attentive. She is personable and makes you feel like family. The staff is AWESOME! They operate with some of the newest technology and they are great at what they do. The office is warm and inviting with a cozy feel. I had to be numbed recently for a filling...I did not even feel it. I love visiting the dentist, but these ladies made it so much better. If I could give this office 1000000 stars I would!!!! I stumbled upon this office by mistake (faith) Thank God I did!!! The front office staff are so warm and welcoming. The Doctor, Dr. Claustro Is just as warm welcoming!! So caring. My crown crumbled out of my mouth, literally!... Doctor made time for me as a walk in in complete distress. Took me in the back and began working on my problem right away. She listened intently and made accommodations for me. Took time out of her busy schedule for me. She insured my comfort. She squeezed me in before she left for vacation. I don't know any other dental office like this one. I loved the team work and excellent communication between the entire office staff. All I can say is WOW!!! I recently moved to Va from Oh and have no friends or family here. This office brought tears to my eyes because I felt like the are family!! I have been looking for a dentist for a while. I reviewed Yelp, and BCBS reviews for dentists close to where I lived. I took a chance and picked Dr. J. My first office visit was a friendly greeting with good personal introductions. Dr. J is attentive to your needs and provides you with options for your needs without pressure. The ultimate decision is up to you! I was also impressed with the staff, especially Julie. You can tell that she is a professional and she explains the treatment options and insurance information to help with the course action you have decided upon. Lastly, the hygienist team were awesome, they are personable and do a great job with cleaning and polishing.. it has been over a year and I think this team is a keeper!...very satisfied. read more

First of all, the staff was very friendly and nice. I was only here for cleaning and the procedure was less than what I normally get from other dental offices. They only use scraper and flossing my teeth, which I thought that was weird, but I didn't say anything because it is my first time here and wasn't sure how they do it. Then we scheduled for the next cleaning. I changed my mind and I don't think I want to come back here, so I called to cancel the appointment way ahead of time, and they charged me $12.65 for cancelled appointment. She was really sweet. I'm a little upset she told me I could wait to get my root canal done after my braces came off and it wasn't urgent. So I waited, now my tooth has calcified making it a more difficult procedure. Now I have to see a specialist which will cost me twice as much because it's with a specialist. I wish that was mentioned to me during my initial visit. read more

I can't even begin to say enough excellent things about Joanna and her wonderful crew! We were welcomed from the first moment we walked in the door and have been happy to bring friends and family into the office to join in the fun. Who thought anyone would ever say that about going to the dentist?! I want to also give a special shout to Julie. She was new when we started with the office, but I have to say she has become an expert in record time. She helped us to find a discount plan for one of our siblings and researched coverage for another sibling when we had no clue about his coverage. Basically, we have told her we have no idea more than once and she took it as a personal challenge and came through in spades. Dr. Claustro is a wonderful woman, very very friendly and caring. Her staff is always really kind and they get to know you by name and it makes things seem so welcoming. I've being going to Dr. Claustro for awhile and every time is great, things go smoothly and I'm never disappointed. She can be very pleasant but also knows when to be serious and discuss what's going on with your teeth and she definitely knows her stuff. I trust her with my pearly whites completely.
