I gobbled the breakfast and swore I'd stop in on my run to pick up the kids. We'll see. Needless to say this is a no nonsense cafe. First of all the hash browns although texture-wise was cooked perfectly, it had a very heavy frying /cooking oil taste like it hadn't been changed for awhile. I never like to nit-pick but it was overwhelming. Second, the omelette had a very funny taste to it almost as if the pan was used for something else and then this was cooked on/after it so I couldn't quite identify what it was but it just didn't taste right. It had some bacon in it but it was fatty and undercooked too. so although the presentation and portion was nice and the price was right, didn't really inspire me to come back unfortunately.
