They feel fine on the road and even in freezing temps my feet feel warm. I typically run in Brooks but in a pinch these Nikes are great. They are super cute and somehow match perfectly with a little cotopaxi waist pack I picked up at Castle Rock. Friendly, helpful staff. We waited in line for 15-20 minutes while three employees were standing near the front registers, and it was clear that they were more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. When another female employee came back from break buried in her phone I reasonably asked "would it be possible to call for help so that another register could be opened--customers are starting to leave." She responded by snapping at me and sharply said "we're understaffed, the whole world is understaffed and we're doing our best," as if it was my fault. I have never been treated so rudely by a retail employee. I responded by affirming that I knew the world is understaffed and just asked if it were possible to call for help customers might not leave. She continued to argue with me and asked "would you rather have employees helping with the fitting room or register?" It took uttermost control not to respond to her unprofessionalism. She then begrudgingly opened a register to help customers murmuring insults under her breath as she did. I felt humiliated and embarrassed in front of my family and others who were in the store. I understand that employees might be under a lot of pressure these days, but that is no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully. We have been long-time Under Armour fans, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths. Afterward, my 4-year-old son told me, "I didn't know girls could dress up like bad guys." Sadly, we will think twice before returning to your store or recommending it to others.

The Outlets at Castle Rock (which makes me think of Fraggle Rock) were very nice. Access to all the stores is outdoors, so I'm sure there are times of the year when it's not so fun to shop there, but the day I visited in March 2017 was surprisingly warm and sunny. The Eddie Bauer outlet store is nice and big, with a large selection of new and clearance items. The employees working that day were very nice and helpful. While there were only 2 employees in a very large store, it was also just after lunch on a weekday in March, and it was not busy at all. They were having a sale the day I visited where everything in the store was an additional 40% off with a membership card, so I admit, I went a little nuts. I had just spent the last 2.5 days driving, so I was in some desperate need of retail therapy and this hit the spot completely. I was able to buy a large selection of items at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend a visit to this outlet store if you're ever in the Denver area.
