I'll keep it short- Dave Mann is the man!! I recently had a leak on my 2nd floor for which we did…read morenot know the cause. On the initial consult, Dave came by and watered down various areas surrounding the leak to try and determine where the leak was coming from. Although the exact cause wasn't determined, he recommended coming back to take out some stucco and further investigate. He assured me that he would be able to fix the problem, and he did! Upon bringing his guys and removing some stucco, he determined that the problem was around the nail of my expansion joint. He was able to fix the problem and now.... no more leak!!!! So thankful I found this guy after going through a few others initially... Dave was able to give me a reasonable estimate on Day 1, and was super responsive whenever I called/texted him. He is extremely friendly, and was able to give me updates during the job to actually show me what was being worked on. He and his team cleaned up well, and were really a pleasure to work with.
