It's a major brand tire sold under the Pep Boys name which adequate for daily use. We had an 815 o'clock appointment and we were taken in promptly. Our car was ready by 10:45. The front desk personnel were pleasant and very helpful especially Frank. We believe the price for the Pennsylvania state inspection and for the tire replacement were good. When I got home I could smell something burning under my car. I called the local Ford dealer (who has been servicing my vehicle for 10 years). They told me they were too busy and could schedule me the next Friday (a week away). They had inspected my vehicle in July and apparently didn't check the brakes! I was in an accident and took my car there to get inspected and repaired. long…read morestory short: I had to take my car back multiple times because the owner and mechanics kept missing repairs that were a result of the accident. ultimately, they gave up and flat out told me to go to a different mechanic. I did and found one more professional, more knowledgeable, and perform an over better job. I would rather walk before taking my car back to this shop for repairs.
