This bagel shop is everything our town needed. Have you tried their maple bacon chicken and waffle sandwich? You need it in your life! They have great specialized drinks and awesome bagels that are truly almost as good at those you find in NYC (sorry, nothing at the shore could ever be AS good because of the salt water in the air down here; let's be honest). Their breakfast sandwiches are stacked. They definitely aren't greedy with their ingredients. I always end up with leftovers AND I still feed part of my order to my dog because she is addicted to Joe's too! They deliver which is the holy grail of breakfast and lunch around these parts. They also have many different options which is probably ny favorite thing about them. Usually bagel joints do not offer the array of foods, drinks, and especially healthy foods that Joe's does. If you are trying to stay within a nutrition plan, they have you covered. If you are looking to pig out like a savage and order appetizers, breakfast, lunch, and dessert, they are also the place to call because they'll deliver right to your couch! Inside is nice. They're usually busy because they're popular, so I would recommend pickup or delivery, but they do have a lot of tables set up to eat at as this location used to be Burger King, so it is roomy inside. The bagel was hard I ordered a cappuccino and it took forever. I ate half of my bagel sandwich before the cappuccino was ready. Only to find out the the staff wasn't trained to make cappuccino. Last two orders I placed did not follow instructions and both were cold. For the last order, I asked to add a pickle spear - If you don't ask, you don't get. Breaksandwichs were great ! Never had a pork-roll egg n cheese on a sub roll (joe's tidal wave) before and loved it ! Will definitely come back. Update: came back twice once for lunch and once for breakfast. Changed my 5 star to three, Lunch: my wife ordered a Texas toast grilled cheese with bacon and tomato that she recieved with unmelted cold cheese with a tomato and no bacon also came on rye and not toasted. Breakfast: ordered the same tidal wave as the last time I came, the cheese was cold and the sandwich was so poorly put together I had to choose with each bite wether I wanted to taste egg or pork roll not both. I think the owner or manager need to do some more QC of how their food is coming out.. I really hope they step it up, it's a nice place and the staff is friendly read more

This is a review for the staff. Arrived mid Sunday morning and was busy which is to be expected in the summer time on a beautiful day. Manager is extremely rude and catches an attitude within seconds. She hands off work to other employees who are clearly extremely busy. She's to busy talking about her wedding and magnets. This place has pretty good service. I have been six times now, and have never encountered problems like other reviewers. But I also have never used the drive-through. The bagels are great and fresh, but I will admit the everything bagels are a tad bit salty. It's also slightly expensive for bagels, but to me, it's worth it. First time at this location. Went through drive through and waited 10 minutes for a cold bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll. The ice cold cheese didn't add to it. No back strips just broken bacon pieces so everytime you pick up the sandwich it falls out. Extremely disappointed in this location. My one star is for the quality of the bagel only. Everything else was terrible. Saw the place and decided to give it a try, looked up the menu online and the food looked pretty good. They have a drive thru, and being that this is "fresh" breakfast food, I am not expecting it to be quick like a Dunkin' drive thru. Anyways I go to the drive thru, and the cashier on the headset is already rude. I do understand it can be hard to hear on the headsets but to repeatedly say "are you done ?"
