Okay so I did leave a review a few weeks ago about services I received not being up to par, but now I would like to correct it since they corrected what was wrong. They had me bring my car back in for the day and they fixed the gaps left in the seal on my windshield. Overall, even before they fixed it this last time, they have great customer service and were always nice and patient, and they did correct the mistakes and now my wind doesn't leak anymore. Based solely on the face that I made a last minute appointment because my car got broken into but I found someone who could do it for cheaper (getting a window repaired costs a pretty penny), so I called and let them know I needed to cancel my appointment and they were rude...is why I'll give 2 stars. The first guy I talked to tried to talk me out of it (sure, trying to sell me on their services...understandable) but I kindly refused. He still tried to talk me out of it but then put me on hold...?ok I should have hung up at this point. Then joe gets on the phone and has no background info on the situation and accuses me of canceling my appointment very close to my appointment and again, I kindly let him know I had JUST made the last minute appointment. He was interrogating me again on why I was going to someone else and he said a very rude remark and then hung up on ME! the audacity. Brought my car in to fix both drivers side and passenger side front windows. Before The break in the windows worked perfectly fine. When I left the passenger side went down super slow (barely moved). Said it was broke because of the rock the suspect used. So now they wanted to charge me another 250+ tax ontop of $460 to fix the windows. read more

I had an appointment with another company they came late to my residents had the wrong part tried to blame us for bad info, luckily we had the email printed out. We had two other companies quote us double the price​ to three times the price. It is great to know that there is a company that​s local and is trying to give the community they work with an honest and fair deal. I called Joe's Glass for a windshield replacement on our Jeep Wrangler (a first of many replacements, I'm sure). Here's how they won my repeat business: - They didn't try to sell me the expensive OEM windshield. In fact, they tried to talk me out of it, just to save me money. - They fit me into the schedule within days of me calling. - Speaking of that schedule, they were ON IT. I was in and out of there within 36 minutes, and they offered me snacks and water while I waited. - We noticed some whistling and a breeze about a week after the install. Called 'em up, and no questions, no hassle. They had us bring the Jeep back in so they could double-check it, they added some additional sealant, apologized profusely, gave us a Starbucks gift card for the inconvenience, and told us if we have any other issues, they'll replace it for free. I can't ask for more than that. We'll be using Joe's for all our auto glass needs in the future. You should, too! read more

I had them come to my house to fix my front window of my car and they did not put it in right now I have to pay someone else to take it out and fix it went to them to show them the problem and five guys came over to me and told me it was done right it was not done right got a big gap on top now that will rest out this winter if not fixed right so now I will be out a hole lot of money to fix what they did not you will see if you go there for you car or truck to be fixed all I can say is good luck with them read more

I called for a quote and spoke with Jon. He was kind enough to explain they type of wind shield for my truck needed to be calibrated after replacement and would cost a lot. He gave me the quote but also explained the process to go through my insurance company. We went through our insurance company and they were able to get us in the next day. They quoted us an hour. My husband showed up a couple minutes before 1p and they had us out at 1:45p! They were kind and had a welcoming waiting area (they had paw patrol cars to play with which my son loved) and had coffee. read more

Customer service isn't all that great. But be aware the older bald guy who i think is the owner - He is extremely defensive when customers simply try to discuss concerns about the quality of work done or a possible mistake made by a worker. This has happened now to a few people I know. Not everybody is asking for a free replacement and yet this guy jumps all over his customers with judgment and such defense no matter what it's about. It's okay if an employee makes a mistake, just own up to it and stop trying to make your customers look crazy and wrong for saying something. read more

About 3 weeks ago my husband accidentally cracked my windshield on my BMW Convertible. I contacted a few companies and the only one that got back to me on the same day was Joe. He got me in the same day and I have to say I was probably in and out of there in less than an hour. The shop is friendly right down to the dog in the office. Terrible service. Was told by 3 different folks at this business, that replacing our windshield would take 1-1.5 hours, and we had an appointment. Came back after an hour and they hadn't even started. The owner said he couldn't do it in another 1.5 hours, so didn't replace the windshield. He didn't apologize and had no concern for our wasted time and poor service. He didn't think he would lose referrals from Magic Toyota, who referred us. read more

Our vehicle had a rock chip on the windshield that needed to be repaired/filled. With the cold weather here in the PNW, my concern is that I don't want the chip turn into a larger crack where the entire windshield needed to be replaced. After some Google search, I called up Joe's Glass Company to see if they have any availability to help repair and fill the rock chip. To my surprise they just said to stop by after 1pm and they should be able to handle it. I had called a number of auto glass repair shops (like Safelite and other local shops), all of them fully booked or never returned my call back. So arriving at Joe's Glass Company, they looked at the rock chip and mentioned that the chip can definitely be filled and sealed but it won't necessarily make it disappear. Being that the chip is close to where my vehicle's HUD will be at, they mentioned that it would still be visible to my line of sight. I said as long as the chip gets fully filled and sealed to prevent any more cracking, I don't mind having it visible there. This just shows their detail of transparency to their customers, which I really appreciate a lot. They finished the work in 30 minutes even when they were super busy with other customers. I was very disappointed in my experience with Joes Glass Company. I was in there first during the pandemic in May and first noticed that no staff were wearing masks, per the Governors Order. They replaced my windshield and I thought did a fine job. I started noticing a clicking noise at the bottom of my windshield and went back to Joes to have them look at it in November. Again, no staff or other customers were wearing masks! Joe took my car for a drive and came back 10 min later saying it was fixed. He put cheap white spacers between the dash and windshield (my dash is black). I take pride in my Lexus and this was a very cheap fix. It looks terrible! I also noticed that my water bottle was empty and water was spilled in my car! He failed to mention this. I won't be recommending this business to anyone... ever. read more

I recently had my window replaced at Joe's glass I have a 1996 Chevy I've had no issues with my paint they put blue tape on the corners of the windshield on my truck I remove the tape as they told me to later and they removed my clearcoat from my vehicle they damaged the paint on my car with the glue and didn't clean it all the way off before they put the blue tape on my paint job was perfect and had no issues with the clearcoat and now I'm defending my paint and he's telling meThat my payment was old and it's my problem. There wasn't an issue anywhere on my truck just under the blue tape so I'm assuming there was a chemical left on that caused the reaction and ruined my pants when I tried to speak with him on the phone he laughed at me and said that he was not required to do anything about it and then when I met him in person he kept giving me stupid excuses and saying that it was not his cars and he uses blue tape all the time it has nothing to do with blue tape it has to do with the chemicals to be left on my paint they weren't cleaned off the cost reaction we began to have a heated conversation and he didn't like the fact that he knew I was right and still still kept referring to my paint job and need to send in my vehicle the gentleman is unwilling to back any of his work he will not fix anything and merely just laughed at me the conversation became cheated and this is when the gentleman struck me and assaulted me he didn't like what I had to say this business should be put out of business in a man like him should not be in chargeI have never in my life worked with a company that does not back at work and I am a company owner myself I had that conversation with him and he was still unwilling to do anything about it No my clearcoat wasn't failing and I'll show you five years from now it'll still be the same the only place it failed was under the blue tape nowhere else on the truck pull up the blue tape pulls off the undercoat I don't know what he did to cause that but my clearcoat was not failing anywhere and five years from now it'll still be the same it'll only be the two spots where the blue tape were you can play the blame game and act like it's somebody else's problem but you need to support your business and your craftsmanship and your workmanshipYou were unwilling to do anything about it and basically laughed at me intimidated me laughed at me on the phone you're the worst businessman I've ever met read more

Unprofessional and sloppy. Took me 8 trips to the shop to get a routine windshield replacement done. They got my wipers swapped in a pouring rain... Even afterwords, the rubber weather strips around the windshield are all curly and misaligned. Joe says "No big deal. You can drive like that. The windshield won't fly off.No need to be so an-l"... Had it unglued twice. This is after pressure sale to do the work right before the holidays, when I was flying out next day... Do not recommend this glass shop at all. read more

I contacted them about replacing the windshield on my 2015 Highlander. I went to their store to make sure that they had all of the info necessary to order the correct windshield. After 2 weeks I called them and they did not know what I was talking about. I did receive a voice mail from "Peter" a few days after my visit telling me that my insurance company had contacted them about the repairs. I called them 3 more times over the next 2 weeks only to be told that they were working on it. Took our rv for a small rock chip repair, they "fixed" it by making it a large crack, and now want $1500 to replace their mistake, and bad workmanship! We also as a bonus got to pay $55 to have them do this damage and was told every excuse in the book. They need to be responsible for the less than par work they do! Joe your response is a joke! You caused this damage, and we also have your voicemail admitting this has happened before! You are flat out lying! I should have read your reviews before! Also I don't see how wanting to bill our insurance and us pay a $500 deductible is helping us at all! It's helping your wallet! Bad business! Update! Just had a terrible experience with this company. They kept trying to claim that our repair was a cash order, even going so far as to hang up on our insurance company who was trying to call them and make the situation clear. They then tried to convince us that we booked it as a cash order in the first place. Just admit you made a mistake, people, and listen to the insurance company who are trying to speak to you. It would've been so easy to resolve! Instead, they tried to force us to pay cash, even after we told them not to begin work on the car, and that we were taking our business elsewhere. It was all very strange and combative and I don't understand why, as they were going to get paid either way. For some reason they really, really wanted our cash. Maybe they charge more for cash pay rather than insurance bills? Felt very aggressive and hostile. Either way, an awful experience after the stress of having my car broken into and my purse stolen. I just called in to Joe's Glass as I had another vehicle in need of windshield repair. In the initial visit, it was obvious that the manager was there and could expedite my damaged windshield quickly. I was very happy with the experience. My car was an older model and the transaction took about an hour or so to complete and the price was fair. While I was impressed with this work that had happened just a year or so ago, I just called into Joe's Glass to get a quote over the phone on another vehicle of mine that had a cracked windshield. The person who answered the phone was obviously not having a good day as it appeared he was reading from a script. He was not very enthusiastic or polite on the phone and gave me the quote after I gave him my name and phone number as I had told him I had been a repeat customer. He gave me an initial quote after he had all my information and when I thanked him after he wanted me to make an appointment, he offered to take $35 dollars off of the quote just to make the sale. While I appreciated the information, I wasn't impressed with this person's idea of "making a sale". It seemed like even answering the phone was a chore. I'm giving this review with a one star recommendation as I can't post the review without giving some kind of rating. read more

I've never seen a more racist, sexist, vulgar individual, views women as objects, talks very poorly about his employees, pricing is very fluid, if you talk to one person the pricing could be much higher/lower than another. Owner will threaten a fist fight if you have any issues while getting your car worked on. If you care about your vehicle and dont want it damaged, call a more reputable company. They may be cheap (depending on the job, RV jobs they will mark up as much as humanly possible) but they are cheap for a reason! If you deal with anyone but the owner you may have an okay experience but it is very unprofessional all the way around. Avoid at all costs! read more

I recently had the driver's side window of my mini van shattered in a smash and grab robbery. I called several different places before my niece recommended Joe's. The price they quoted me was more than reasonable and they came out to my home to do the repairs the same day I called, so I didn't have to drive windowless in the pouring rain. The young man who came out was very prompt, polite and friendly. He did an excellent job on my window, and cleaned up all the bits of my old window that were falling everywhere. I had a great experience with Joe's yesterday and today. I inadvertently launched a rock through my driver side window with my lawnmower over the weekend. I went online and requested a quote from Joe's. Within a few hours, on Memorial Day no less, I received a phone call with a quote that was over $100 less expensive than safelight. They came out to my work first thing this morning. The installer was in and out in about 40 minutes. He was super friendly and did a great job.
