Criminally bad. Their tow trucks passenger side seatbelt didn't work, drove me in the truck anyway. They came an hour late. Left my car running and the keys in the ignition while he was towing it, he insisted it was good to leave the car on while he towed it. When we got in the car, he asked "what's the address?" Fantastic road side assistance. Joes towing was assigned by insurance (USAA) and yes while the waiting time was about 50 minutes that was to be expected because of my location. The guy who came to assist was lovely, fantastic, helpful, and understanding. He jump started us and less then a minute and advised us to get our car checked out. We were good to go in under three minutes or so. I would totally recommend them if you ever need a tow or road side assistance. read more

So, I'm not gonna lie, it was an extreme bummer to come back and find that my car had been towed. But, when I called the tow company, the guy was polite, empathetic, and explained that he was contracted to patrol the lot and tow cars that were not patronizing the business in the plaza. Hey, I get it. Everyone has a job, and he was doing his. What was great, was that when his driver came back, he gave me a ride back to my car, and even stopped at the ATM so I could get the cash required. Same thing happened to me as did to another reviewer. Parked at Madison Plaza to go to the registry first and then to Social Security to pass in a form. Yup, got back from the registry and car was gone. I didn't even argue with the guy. Paid my $145, got my car and went back to Social Security. Warning,,, if you need to go to the registry and then to Social Security, go to SS first, get in your car and drive it to the registry. The money is much better off in your pocket than in this guy's pocket. read more

All the drivers are extremely professional very nice. I've had the opportunity to witness several people being towed from the Madison lot and every single one of them was doing the wrong thing. Worst driver and horrible language. I watched the owner of the company hit a car with another vehicle he was moving without the owners knowledge then proceed to drive around and move the car he just hit, forward so the owner would not know. He was mad yelled at me put his hand up when I was telling one of the owners what he did. He was not gonna say anything to the owners til I said I was writing notes and I too a video. Then he decided he would talk to one owner but tried to trash talk me and give her a pity party about his life and former tenet passing from a drug overdose so she would not say anything. Total scam creep!! How does this idiot know where and what businesses you plan to go to when you park in the 1 Maddison place in Worcester Massachusetts? Why is it that his "managed" location of the 1 Maddison place in worc mass aka social security office has to be first on the list of your agenda! I parked my car there, ran to registry down two blocks, came back to go to the SSN office for additional paperwork and my car was gone! I was told I had to pay 145$ CASH to retrieve my car in another part of Worcester. When I called him to ask why I was towed as I assumed the SSN office was on my agenda, this SCAMMER JOE TOW, told me I was "on camera" leaving the premises. When I trecked to his SCAMMER site to retrieve my car on 257 granite st Worcester mass and stood up to this bully, he then told me "that's it! You're not getting your car and you're trespassing on my SCAMMER location" I responded with "I am here to pay you CASH mr scammer, and you not releasing my car, now reflects you as STEALING IT!" He must have had a brain cell bubble up and realized we were on surveillance! His power trip then settled and gave me my car with attitude! This should be enough YELP! If I could give this guy no stars I would; I've never came across a more disrespectful person in my life- long story short we needed his help with a tow from Worcester to Boston, he called and said "I'll be there in 20 minutes". We showed up to our car, I saw him and he pulled away. A call was then made to him to let him know we we're at the location and he then came back and we were told and I quote "I'm not fucking doing this job" so when he first called us and told us he was on his way, he could do it and then we make the arrangements to meet our car, he shows up and its "I'm not fucking doing this"? I call him to ask why he couldn't do it and why we were left stranded AFTER he told us he could help... He then proceeded to swear at me and told me to "go fuck myself" mind you this man originally said he was going to do the job and that's why we we went to our car in the first place, it's freezing out, we had NO keys and he left us stranded, all the while I'm 5 months pregnant and this guy was not only rude, he basically left us stranded after commiting to the job. Joe, I'm assuming is the owne, is the man who answered when I called and he was very quick to swear and call a 5 months pregnant woman a "bitch". I HIGHLY recommend NOT dealing with this guy because even when 5 months pregnant he'll leave you stranded in the freezing cold and he'll swear at you numerous times as if he has NO type of respect for woman or his job! read more

This guy is a total creep. I am fairly certain he engages in predatory towing practices, scouting the Shrewsbury Street area for anyone who parks in a "patrons only" private business lot and runs across the street for something else. I was personally parked in a lot for less than 10 minutes before having my car towed. He was exceptionally rude to me when I went to retrieve the car, refused to explain whether it was in fact the owner of the establishment who had requested the tow, only partially filled out a receipt for the $145 he charged me, and when I demanded that he write a new slip with all of the correct information, flat out refused to do so and threatened to call the police on me for trespassing on his property if I did not leave the premises immediately. I have since checked Worcester municipal ordinances and $35 per 24 hours is the maximum storage rate that a towing facility may charge, only if they have a fence or equivalently protective barrier that is at least six feet in height; otherwise they are required to charge half this fee. This guy had nothing but a small chain across the entrance to his property and had my car on his lot for just 30 minutes, yet he charged me $35 for storage anyway. What's more, when I look him up online his business shows up at various previous addresses, but I can't even find a Shrewsbury St. address for him, yet his phone number stays the same at each new street address (as you'll note, Yelp identifies his business as being on a different street). Super shady. I hope to help others avoid any run-ins with this guy in the future, what a horrible way to make a living. read more
