I was behind a flatbed tow truck that had the directional On to turn right, their years area, he did merge into the breakdown lane when my thinking kind felt he was going to park until a space opened up( I've seen that in the past) or back in once the line of traffic passed by, because he's pulled to the side. EXCEPT as I'm edging forward the driver suddenly swings the truck out into the middle of the road which also covered oncoming traffic. With myself slamming on the brakes having no idea what this guy is doing with a line of traffic behind him and causing the car in the other lane to swerve and make room for the flatbed. That kind of behavior is not acceptable to me, and it shouldn't be for the company either. While all of this is going on, 2 people were also trying to get out of the driveway which then caused a car block because everyone coming out and into the lot were driving like loony tunes. I wouldn't give my money to a tow company that drive like around a well traveled residential area. That's not being a good neighbor. Your business in a residential are, you should be a good neighbor. Replacing a vehicle in today's economy is not an easy task, and the aftermath of this accident placed a heavy burden on my family. I reached out to the owner directly because I wanted to feel that someone within the company understood what happened and cared about the effect it had on us. Unfortunately, after sending my email and not receiving a response, while seeing activity on social media, I felt ignored and disappointed. Because I did not receive a response, I decided to reach out to other departments within the company in hopes that someone would listen. That is when I received a call from Drew Damien. I want to make it clear that if Drew had not reached out, I would have walked away feeling like Cruise Control did not care about what happened to me or my family. Drew changed that perception. Talk about inconvenient. It was laying on the ground but after it cooled, I was able to wrestle it off. Without the muffler, my Saturn sounded like a B52 and therefore undrivable. I immediately called AAA and was promised a tow within 30 minutes. In less time than that, up comes a clean car carrier from Henry's Towing and Mark, the driver. Clean, neat, courteous and polite. He drove my car onto his flatbed and off we went. I drove with Mark in his truck cab. What? No trash? No coffee cups? No, just like you'd keep your home. It was just a tow but done with no pressure and complete efficiency. Mark and I shook hands at the end. Losing your car temporarily is always a chore but if it has to be loaded to a repair shop, Mark and Henry's Towing is a good first bet.

Multiple attempts to inquire why is this happening , Dave states over the phone that he does not have any end date for the car to be finished, even admitted that has been taking advantage of the whole situation by working on other projects and not caring about finishing this one! I found out from my insurance agents that he did the same thing to another customer and kept the car for 6 months without finishing the work! Arrogant, non professional, con and scam artist !
