The table to the left asked our server if they provided complimentary birthday dessert (wish I had thought of asking as it was also my boyfriend's birthday but happy to pay for the cheesecake to go) and they got 2 slices of dessert served to the table while we were still waiting for our cheesecake to go. We finally flagged down our server and after 25 minutes of paying our bill, we finally got our cheesecake. We have time stamped receipts of our bill, when the order for the cheesecake went into the kitchen and time we received our cheesecake to show that we sat waiting 25 minutes for our cheesecake slice that was already paid for and then was ignored. Usually the service issues at Bryne are that our waters do not get refilled during our entire meal or our plates are never cleared but the 25 minute wait for a slice of cheesecake, especially when the table next to us asked and got two slices of free cake within 10 minutes, seems inexcusable. We really need to stop coming to the Bryne location or just expect to always be disappointed and have our time wasted.
