Can't speak highly enough about the guys over at Autosquare. Had an incident where someone hit my car in a parking lot and I was scared they might total the car given the age of it, despite being in excellent shape. I called after hours on a Friday evening in a panic and left a voicemail hoping they were open on Saturday. Joey actually called me back within MINUTES, while he was driving out on vacation, to calm my fears and tell me that Nick would handle everything I needed on Saturday and that he'd personally look over the damage/photos and do his best to save the car. Already a great start! Nick was excellent to deal with, calming me down quite a bit, and later Joey confirmed the car was super clean and it shouldn't be a problem to save it. He laid out all the information on what would happen next, told me it'd take about a week and by the next day the car was already dropped off and work had begun! True to his word, I got a call a week later from Joey and the car was done. Not only did the passenger side look perfect, they also took care of some scuffs/dings I had near the other damage (but not part of it) since they were working on the area already. This was quite the nice surprise as I'd planned to touch those areas up myself and this saves me a ton of hassle. So not only did they do amazing work restoring my car back to factory, I got it back even better than when it went in! Great spot to get your car fixed. My repairs on my Subaru BRZ looks brand new. The tint on my window did get scratched in the process ,but they did not hesitate to get it redone and fully compensated me for it. No one is perfect and not every job is going to be perfect ,but the hospitality was excellent and they will do their very best to accommodate you. Joey is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I needed to fix a small dent on the upper lift cage of my car. Joey gave me a good estimate. Then I went to another highly rated body shop recommended by a friend. That body shop gave me an estimate almost twice as Joey's. I told them Joey's estimate is much cheaper. They claimed that my car has a special white color, and they needed to work on the lower piece as well thus twice the labor, which is a rip off. I went back to Joey's and told him about the car color and lower piece. Joey told me not to worry about it and he would take care of everything for the price he offered with the same color and without working on the lower piece. Yes, they did an awesome job of restoring my car to the original look! After my car was repaired, I could not drive the rental car back on the same day due to busy schedules. I honestly don't feel like I can properly explain just how awesome Joey and his team at Autosquare are! This review is LONG overdue, because my family and I have been going to him for years, and every single time they've done a great job, saved me a BUNCH of money, and helped me navigate the stress of dealing with my insurance when life feels like chaos because someone smashed my car. Even when there isn't something (or very much) in it for them, they always calmly explain my options, educate me on what's going on with my car, and give me the best advice they can. I really do trust Joey, and as a young lady who's been screwed by shops before I've gotta say that having a body shop you know you can trust is HUGE. Seriously, they are the best out there, and I highly recommend them. I now live 45 minutes away from the shop, and my parents live 90 minutes away, and we still all drive out the Arcadia for Autosquare. I'll continue to do so for as long as I can. Story time! This part is a little long, but I wanted to give y'all an idea of how much experience I've had with this place. I've had some really bad luck with my last two cars, especially my Ford Fusion (RIP) that became a regular at this shop for a number of reasons. Number one, people really liked to hit the bumper of that car. I probably took it in no fewer than four times for bumper dents, and he always fixed it up quickly and and made it look good as new. Number two, I broke one of my mirrors on that car probably three times. Every single time I'd go back to Joey, and he'd bring down my anxiety about the whole thing really quickly. And he really is quick - drive up, look at car, determine part, get quote, and he'd get it ordered and fixed asap. In and out, problem fixed. It was always a huge weight off knowing that even though I'd mangled my car, it was with capable people who had my back and would take care of it. This next one is my favorite story, though! I now have a Toyota Corolla... and recently hit a trash can, breaking my passenger side mirror. (I know I KNOW. I don't know how this keeps happening to me.) The part was going to be $500. As I went away with my quote, I mentioned that my mom recommended I slap on a temporary mirror of some sort that she'd heard about. Could he recommend something like that (if it even existed), or maybe help me jerry-rig a temp mirror while I went home and freaked out about how I was going to pay for this? He went into his shop. Turns out he was working on another Corolla with my same mirror! This car had been side-swiped and insurance was paying for the guy to get a new mirror even though it only had a teeny scratch on the end cap, because that's just how insurance is. It fit my car! If there's such a thing as car miracles, this was it. His tech put it on right there, free of charge. All I had to do, Joey said, was order an end cap for the mirror in the color of my car. It would be $60, and I could come back and he would install it. And that's how Joey miraculously saved me $440+ dollars. Anyway, I'm going to get it installed this Wednesday. In light of that experience, I figured now would be a good time to finally come to Yelp and tell other people just how great they are. If you've made it through the review this far, thanks! Great Job on another car repair. We took our 1991 MB 300E into Joey at Autosquare. The restored car had been rear-ended by a distracted driver at a stop sign. I brought my 2007 Toyota Tundra in to Joey and Autosquare for a full re-paint job. Toyota like allot of car manufacturer's use the bare minimum thicknesses and the EPA standards don't help any. My only complaint about my Tundra has been the paint. I contacted Toyota years ago and they basically told me" too bad". Anyways, I searched Yelp and found the best rated Body Shops in the SGV area. I had estimates all over the place, some were astronomical. I understand most shops want to do insurance work and not "out of pocket". Im also aware of the amount of work that goes into disassembling/ assembling, sanding, body work and painting. I had estimates from $5500-$10,000. Obviously the 10K guy didn't want the job. Autosquare was not the lowest but was reasonably priced. On top of their price I felt most secure and confident in them. Joey did a walk around with me and went over everything they were going to do. I walked around his shop and looked at bodywork in various stages. It all looked very good, I noticed the attention to detail in every step and the finished cars I looked at were outstanding. When I picked up the truck I was blown away at how good it looked. The work is flawless and I can't find a single spot that looks like it was not given the utmost attention.
