The menu described the bao as kalua pork, BBQ sauce, tropical salsa, and pickled red onions. The buffalo chicken tots were described as buttermilk fried chicken, buffalo sauce, jack cheddar cheese, house made pickles, and ranch dressing. It took less than 10 minutes for my food to be ready and I sat down at one of the shaded picnic tables. When I opened everything up it all looked good, but I did notice that the tots were missing the house made pickles. I started with the bao and thought it was pretty good. The kalua pork was super juicy and the bao bun was light and fluffy while still holding together well. The pickled onions added a nice acidity and the tropical salsa brought good flavor.
