My dress was designed by Estee Couture, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received on all ends. I left the store feeling more stressed than happy, and even on the final day of my fitting, I had unresolved issues. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to accept the situation as my flight was just two days after my last fitting. My measurements were taken, and I expressed my concerns, but I found myself having to follow up repeatedly for updates. I would text and call my assistant, Kiersten, only to receive vague reassurances, yet it became clear that nothing had been communicated to the designer or seamstress when I asked them myself in person. The custom sleeves I had ordered did not hold up on my wedding day; they completely snapped and fell off during cocktail hour. Additionally, the gathered fabric at the front of the dress was not addressed by the designer. Although the seamstress, Meryl, made an effort to fix the situation, her options were limited, and the issue remained unresolved. She informed me that the designer was aware of the problem, but no action was taken. I am dissatisfied with both Estee, the designer, and the service I received at Panache. Considering the investment made at panache I would expect better service, communication, and attention to details. Despite any internal challenges they may have faced, the staff did not fulfill their responsibilities or deliver the expected results. I will add that I spoke with multiple managers regarding my concerns, (Pasadena location too) and while I appreciate that we ultimately came to a solution where the dress will be cleaned and preserved on their behalf, it doesn't change the fact that the dress itself was not in the condition it should have been.

These guys have a beautiful facility--and an incredibly well-stocked bar--befitting of a true bespoke suit shop and they have a ton of casual options, shoes, and accessories to browse as well. When you're here, you get true concierge service that is becoming increasingly rare in any industry. When I finally put on the finished product, I was blown away. We talked over our floral inspiration for our reception decor, as well as trying on wedding dresses that can be bought or rented. They will alter your dress and dry clean it for you before the big day. I probably visited this shop a minimum of 10 times. I had my first dress fitting here. They had so many different dresses. I tried on at least 6 or 7 on my first fitting. I ended up going with one that I knew was the one. The rental price for it was very reasonable which came with the alteration, dry cleaning, and a veil as well. My bridesmaids and flower girl also did their fittings here as well and love the selection of dresses they had. I even got to rent a second dress for our reception so I could be more comfortable. The second dress was basically an evening gown, but the color and design is very modern and complemented most body types. I did not diet or work out for our wedding and the dress looked incredible on me. Since I am only 5'0 tall, most of the dresses had fit my height (with heels) which I am incredibly thankful for. As for the florals, we did very simple florals. Our wedding is dusty blue, cream, and a hint of gold so the Hollywood Bridal team did an amazing job putting together the bouquets, centerpieces, and the split arch for our reception entrance. The bouquets are absolutely stunning. It included the flowers I love and the exact color palette I wanted. Overall great experience with Hollywood Bridal. We appreciate getting our florals and wedding rentals from here. I received so many lovely compliments on my wedding dress as well as bridesmaids dresses. They had even included the tables and all the traditional items used in the ceremony like the insense burner, candle & candle holder, and the tea set. The service throughout the process was also amazing. Communication was smooth and easy, making planning stress-free. I booked my pick up for Weds before the Wedding on Monday. Everything else was going great until they gave me a size 38 pants even though I wear a size 30. TRYNA MAKE ME LOOK LIKE THE NUTTY PROFESSOR OVER HERE. Y'ALL HAD 1 MONTH TO GET THIS ALL DONE?! It's ok I'm sure someone was having a long day. I did double check the sizing and numbers but it all looked normal on the piece of paper. Maybe somewhere somebody messed up. Luckily they were able to hem a new pair of pants right there in 10 minutes. Overall, it's really not the biggest deal but glad they were able to find a solution fast. I used to work in hospitality and customer service so I completely understand things happen. Would have been nice if I got some kind of discount or something for it though. Moral of the story: Make sure you try on everything before you leave. Good thing I tried it on because if it was wrong when I was in SD that would have been horrible.
