The space and seating inside is limited, so it definitely seems more of a to-go than sit-down place. The staff was nothing but kind and worked very hard to keep the line moving as they were SO busy! They were giving away complimentary pastries ("mini" versions of what they'll sell regularly!) and gelato scoops as part of their first day, so I snagged an espresso scone, a slice of Cinnamon Toast Crunch banana bread, and a scoop of pumpkin cheesecake gelato. All three were SO yummy. I especially loved the gelato, which was super creamy, smooth, and pumpkin-y. I got to try a few samples of other flavors, and they were great too. I also got a pumpkin oatmilk latte to go with my pastries. I returned the next morning to see how the experience would be on a more "normal" day. I got a pumpkin oatmilk latte again, but asked for extra syrup as the first one I had wasn't quite as sweet as I would like. The woman working made my drink with one extra pump, and gave me the option to add another if it still wasn't sweet enough. I did end up needing another one, and I really appreciated that I was able to do so. I also got a full-sized espresso scone. These ones had crunchy sugar on top, which was a nice touch. The limited seating might have deterred several members from joining but BC&T employees were extremely accommodating and found extra chairs for us to have enough room for about ten of us to gather and enjoy coffee, tea and bagels. We met Sharon who came over and greeted our group and even offered a tour later in the spring. How delightful! BC&T has a full display of wonderful local fare and gifts for purchase. Pretty typical coffee shop look and feel. There aren't a lot of outlets available for the high tops, but I'm not sure about the tables on the edges of the space. Most of the customers seem to come in for a cup and roll out. There are a lot of office buildings here, so that makes sense. They have free password protected wifi and it's decent. There's even a motion activated air freshener in the bathroom! I'd come back here. Their coffee and food are worth it.
