They automatically opted to pull his tooth (alongside a root canal) yet when I took his to another establishment, they questioned why that would even be an option. They said that was very unprofessional and morally not right for the life of his tooth. I'm just sharing my personal experience.... If you want a dentist with proper equipment and experience, I wouldn't recommend this place and neither did my new dentist... who suggested that this be looked into further. Last April of 2024 I had multiple fillings put into my mouth at once. So they proceeded to drill into my mouth with out any numbing solution.... Again I didn't know I needed this because I didn't know what to expect. They began drilling in my mouth, and I began to cry and just accept the immense pain. Then they finally noticed and asked what was wrong I told him that I could feel everything and it was hurting tremendously. The hygienist then goes I forgot to numb her mouth. Then he yells at the hygienist and then he starts injecting my gum line over and over and get upset that I didn't tell him that I was in pain.... Literally didn't know what it would feel like again and I even told him it was my first time. In my whole 23 years of life I've never had cavities until now. Anyway moving forward the original reason why I was even there was to get my wisdom teeth removed, and I prepaid for my appointment in advance, and then the doctor proceeded to tell me that he could not pull out my wisdom teeth due to the x-ray that he saw and that I would need surgery and he would refer me out mind you he had already looked at these x-rays at the last appointment we had so he could've told me that at the last appointment we had...so that was a waste of my time! So then since I took off of work so I could come to this appointment. I said well why don't we just get my fillings done instead. Boy was that a mistake... I should've just went home. This is how I got my fillings done if you would like to say that because then afterwards my bite was all off and I had pain for months!!! It was extremely painful to eat or drink anything for what felt like forever, whether it was a hot or cold food or beverage item. Now I'm trying to get the money back that I prepaid them and I've called 4 times now and they said they would send me a check and it's now January of 2025 and I have not received anything. If you care about your health and wellbeing do not come here!!

Rheya at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, and the office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. Dr. Samaniego took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly before starting any work. They were so gentle and patient, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The hygienist Erica was equally fantastic--thorough but careful, and super friendly too. As well, as Jose, Kathy who did some of my scans and X-rays. This was honestly the first time I've left a dental appointment feeling relaxed and even happy! It's clear that they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Sometimes we cannot afford to pay up front so we located another practice recommended by a friend which will submit the bill to our insurance and allow us to pay the balance. We understand that Dual Arc made a business decision and we wish them the best. Try them and you will be impressed with the high level of dental help.

I called in to schedule an appointment in the mid-May, and I told them very clearly I have Tricare dental and asked them if they accept Tricare. They said yes they do accept Tricare and then set up my appointment on June 22. I showed up and checked in, then the front desk asked me to pay $100 copay, I told them Tricare covers 100% on the annual exam and x-ray and cleaning twice a year. Then they told me oh we are NOT in the Tricare network and you need to pay a copay $100! WHAT!!! WHY DID NOT TELL ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME???!!!! I said then I do not want to proceed with the appointment and about to walk out, the manager saw that I was about to leave, she said oh I can just bill your insurance and waive the copay, since you are already here, I do not want to turn you away. We will just do the x-ray and you can take the images to another dental which is in the network. I accepted and proceeded with the x-ray. I was SO WRONG!! I really really should have left! Later of the day I found another dentist on Tricare Dental Program website and called them and told them what happened earlier today. I was told that: 1) they would need to do their own full mouth X-ray and not accepting what other dentist has done due to liability 2) Tricare only covers full mouth x-ray once every year, I would need to pay out of pocket for the second one. This place wants to make money so bad that they totally abused my insurance coverage! They knew clearly I had Tricare and they could not do any cleaning or needed treatment for me! Even they waived the $100 copay but they submitted $$$ claim to my insurance! Yeah, they got paid from insurance! Now I have to pay for another X-ray out of pocket! I was…read morescheduled for a routine cleaning and exam at 3:00 p.m. The hygienist I was schduled to see, Dominique, was running behind, so the dental assistant brought me back, and Dr. Patel -- whom my husband and I have always had great experiences with -- performed my exam first. The hygienist finally came into the room around 3:20 p.m., and by 3:36 p.m., I was already checked out at the front desk. I have never had a cleaning that lasted only about 15 minutes (which included the time Dominique had to santize the dental chair, saliva ejector and water hoses), especially being overdue for my regular visit. What concerned me even more was the lack of infection control. The dental instruments were opened from the sterilization bag before I entered the room. I had to ask the hygienist to sanitize the dental chair, saliva ejector and water hoses because it didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to my visit (white particles visible on surfaces mentioned), and I was handed visibly dirty patient glasses. As someone who works in the dental field, I found this completely unacceptable and concerning for patient safety. It also saddens me that when I brought this issue to the attention of the front office staff upon checking out, nothing was done to address or rectify the situation. No apology was offered, which was very disappointing and left a poor final impression. Whether this was due to running behind schedule or simply a lack of care, the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite my positive experiences with Dr. Patel, my family and I will not be returning after this visit.

I visited for a routine cleaning in late 2025, during which I felt the dental hygienist appeared inexperienced and uncertain in her technique. After the cleaning, while measuring periodontal pocket depths, the probe was left in my mouth while she turned away to chart. Additionally, the pressure applied during the exam was excessive and inconsistent with my previous visits, where my dental health has been stable. When Dr. De La Garza came in for the exam, I mentioned my concerns and expressed that I did not feel the measurements were accurate. Despite this, I was advised to schedule a deep cleaning, which I believe may have been recommended based on those questionable measurements. More recently, I received a call to schedule my next cleaning. During that conversation, I calmly and professionally explained my prior experience and shared that I was open to continuing care with the practice, provided I could be scheduled with a different hygienist. I also emphasized that my intention was simply to share feedback and resolve the issue. I was surprised when the response I received was an offer to remove me from the call list rather than address my concern. When I expressed my surprise and reiterated my desire to remain a patient while having my concerns acknowledged, the conversation was abruptly ended. After more than 10 years as a patient, I find this experience disappointing. I value the care I have received in the past, but I am concerned by how this situation was handled. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as my preference would be to continue care with your office under improved circumstances. (4/7/26) Update #2 - I contacted the office and spoke with the Office Manager to ensure my concerns were clearly communicated. While she did offer the option of scheduling with a different hygienist, I was interrupted during my explanation of the situation. She referenced notes in the chart and appeared to focus on defending the hygienist rather than simply listening. As a registered nurse who also works in service recovery, I place a high value on active listening and empathy. I was disappointed by what felt like a lack of both during this interaction. Had my concerns been fully acknowledged with a simple apology and then followed by the proposed solution, I would have been willing to schedule an appointment immediately. The call itself lasted less than five minutes. This reinforces my impression that my concerns were not given adequate attention, or the office manager was just too busy to listen. Unfortunately, this experience leaves me feeling as though patient relationships and long-term retention may not be a priority.

I keep my mouth fairly clean and haven't had mouth pain for 4 years. 2 weeks ago one of my fillings fell out. It's not painful, but the edges are sharp against my tongue. I called Oasis up and made an appointment to fix my filling. They already have my records, and maybe I'd get back into the habit of regular cleanings. They saw me 2 days after my filling fell out. Awesome. I go to my appointment. They take xrays and ask me questions about the severity of my missing filling. I've got no pain, it just needs to be replaced. They say they don't have time to fix it today and that I need another appointment. Apparently it'll take an hour. I was hoping to get it done, but no biggie. They can see me in a week. I take time off work to get my filling replaced. On my way out of my neighborhood they call and tell me they're pushing me back. Ok. Things happen. I get seated in a room 15 minutes after my appointment. Now my blood pressure is 2 points too high. They use one of those cheap electronic BP cuffs. I'm sitting in this dentist chair hoping my BP drops so I can get this work done that I tried to schedule a week and a half ago. They take my blood pressure 2 more times with the cheap cuff, tell me a few things about ADA regulations, and boot me out the door. I worked in healthcare. When a cheap BP cuff reads high, usually someone takes a manual pressure which is more accurate. I was 2 points high, probably at least partly caused by them delaying my appointment and now they won't treat me. If you didn't want me as a patient because I stopped routine cleanings 4 years ago, have the decency to tell me and not waste my time at 2 appointments. You could have told me last week that I should find a new dentist and I would have understood. Dr Galles may be an ok dentist but he is not an ok person.

Val looked over my X-rays and deemed 1 - 1.5 hours to be appropriate for the 3 teeth. My appointment on 9/16/25 took over 2 hours to complete. It was the most rough dental experience of my life. It felt like Dr. Rodriguez and the dental assistant, Sarah, were trying to rip my jaws apart at times. Parts of the appointment truly felt inhumane. Towards the end of the appointment a tool was dropped on my neck. The tool was sharp. Both Dr. Rodriguez and Sarah apologized twice. I was absolutely terrified. Imagine being a patient, laying in a chair for over two hours, and tools being dropped on you. I was encouraged my another dentist to let Dr. Rodriguez know that the experience was rough. She said, if you don't tell him, he doesn't know. So, I emailed Dr. Rodriguez and his response was to remove me as a patient. I had 2 more treatments scheduled, and he refused to complete the treatment.
