I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted in my late 30s. I had been putting it off for…read moreyears out of fear, but I finally knew it was time. From the moment I arrived, the women at the front desk and in financial services took such kind, compassionate care of me -- I was a bundle of nerves, and they made me feel completely supported. Honestly, it felt like I was surrounded by angels. Dr. Edmonds explained that one of my lower teeth was touching a nerve, which could potentially cause nerve damage. He was incredibly calm and reassuring throughout the process. When I woke up from surgery, I realized my neck pain was gone! It turns out that the tooth pressing on the nerve had been affecting my neck and upper back. Afterward, I was given Dr. Edmonds' number in case I needed anything over the weekend -- and he even called to check in on me. Hands down, it was the best experience I could have hoped for. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional care and kindness!

She even gave me a squeeze rubber tooth to hold and squeeze because I was extremely nervous ...now I realize I had nothing to be nervous about. Last week I had a toothache from hell and I have an abnormal phobia of dentists. Childhood…read moreexperiences kept me away from the dentist for quite sometime. With that said, over the years.. things happen. Including breaking teeth on popcorn. I had a toothache from hell last week and I was brought to tears in pain. My mother knows Dr. Mow from her chiropractor office and called his office to get me an emergency appointment. Allison scheduled my appointment for the same day and was just the absolute sweetest, she was so kind and gentle. I cried the entire visit, heavily from anxiety and pain.. the dental hygienist, I forgot her name I was in so much pain, was just so unbelievably kind to me. She was soothing and tried so hard to distract me from my pain. She was absolutely, hands down.. going above and beyond for me to feel comfortable and to find comfort. She even tried to get my mom to come see me, but covid regulations prevented that. I appreciated the sentiment, I was a mess and needed my mom and she recognized it. Another assistant came into check on me, too, so kind!! Finally, Dr. Mow and I met and he was very gentle and understanding. He could sense my level of fear, anxiety and pain. He walked me through everything, recommended a wonderful surgeon and prescribed antibiotics to assist. Best part was he numbed the tooth that was causing me pain so I could eat/drink, finally, after several days. I will be returning to Dr. Mow's office to receive ongoing care and work through my phobia. Thank you so much for everything!!

I asked why she couldnt get something more for the severe pain and was given no answer. I called back 3x and asked to speak to the dentist. She never called me back. Atleast have the guts to speak to your customer. Find another place. Location is on the side of a grocery store too. Go to a dentist that has their own office building.

They canceled my second appointment without explanation the night before. I had to reschedule, which is hard for me because of the crippling PTSD I suffer from. I used the absolute dental plan, and they do the least amount of work to maximize profit. My two lower molars are still sensitive a year later. The dentist had said that I would be required to get root canals. I don't agree with that because I have had crowns done before without root canals. They have an office they refer you to for root canals. I want to say well it could be an obvious kickback. I can't say for sure of course. The dental cleaning was good. When I told the hygienist that I suffer from horrible PTSD due to trauma, he recommended that I make fun of my trauma. Like it's something I can control, I usually go home in misery because dental offices just don't get. I had written this on my intake form but I guess no cared to read it. I guess I need be medicated in order to get dentals done, it's no fun.
