He came out looked at it tested it and got the code he needed in order to fix my oven. Unfortunately an expensive part needed to be ordered. The good thing was that the part and repair came in under $500.00 as a new oven cost over $2500.00...crazy!! So the way it works is you pay a trip charge for the first trip which if you agree to the repair it gets subtracted from the total at the end of the repair.
