Worked on my dishwasher that worked for 10 years with no issues. It broke again after 7 months. Messages the company to request they come fix the same issue and I received a rude reply talking back to me, making an excuse for the part failing and that they are going to charge me again labor to fix the issue. Reached out to Appliance Best Service as they had one of the best reviews and a reasonable service fee to diagnose the issue. Peter came within the time discussed and quickly went to work to diagnose the issue. It was either a leak or compressor issue. After further testing, thankfully, it was a leak. For an additional charge, he was able to fix the leak and add refrigerant and is now working again. He took the time to explain what was going on and provide options. Happy with the result/service and will use them again if needed. read more

Very happy with the service we received from appliance's best service. I found their information on next-door and emailed them late at night. I received a response that night via email and set up an appointment for the following day. Our oven has been taking an extremely long time to preheat. Roman, our service technician, showed up in a mask, was very professional, explained the problem after diagnosing it, I had the parts in his vehicle and fixed it within 30 minutes. I appreciated his promptness, showing up on time, testing out the repair before leaving, and having multiple different ways to pay him. I overloaded the washer again and it trips the gfci outlet on the spin cycle. I broke it. I messages them via Yelp and they said it was no charge to come out. He ended up working on my washer for 4-5 hours and it runs like normal. I am happy with the service and value of this company. He was very nice and professional. This is my first time using a 3rd party repair service for an appliance that was out of warranty. I was a little skeptical and wasn't sure what to expect. I can honestly say that I received hands down THE BEST service from Appliance Best Service. They were very responsive from the moment I contacted them. I was able to schedule a technician to come out within 24hrs. The technician kept me in the loop on the time he would show up. He arrived on time and was very courteous. After my experience with Victor, he will be my go to appliance repair person. My dryer started making a terrible thumping noise so I called Victor. He arrived at the day and time we'd agreed.
