His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. We limped her car to this garage. She texted them to let them know her car would be there Monday morning when the garage opened. Her messages were returned Sunday while they were closed. The owner went in early Monday morning to look at her car. He diagnosed her problems and gave her all the information she needed to make an informed decision. She determined that it was not worth fixing. Who does that and does not try to take an out of town customer for a ride? I attended RIT and have friends in Rochester. I will refer my friends to this location. They could not have been more professional and nicer to complete strangers. She even hired him to then take out the backup camera and radio. He charged a more than fair price to do so. He also allowed us to leave the vehicle in property until the company we were donating it to came to pick it up. Thank you for your honest help!!

I called Auto Concepts about 3 weeks ago to make an appt to have them look at the stereo system in…read moremy wife's Highlander. I brought it in the following week per the scheduled appt and met with a guy there (long beard) who briefly looked it over, he told me it wouldn't be a diagnosable issue since the head unit is aftermarket, but he suggested it might be the adaptor that supplies power from the amp to the head unit. So we agreed to try a new adapter and see if that fixes the issue (loud pop comes from speakers and the stereo reboots). He took down my information and said he'd call me back the next week (which is now last week). I could tell he wasn't enthused about doing this job, but he wrote down my info on a post it note and said he had to order the part and it should be there in a week. Well I didn't hear anything back. I made an appt with them to replace the coolant and do a transmission service on my Mustang GT. So I brought it in last Friday. The guy at the counter didn't have any pricing info so I had to wait about a half hour before he told me the transmission service was going to be $760 (said it's because they can't flush it and would need to pull the pan and motorcraft fluid is expensive, which you aren't supposed to flush this transmission anyway). It was $280 to replace the coolant. $760 is nuts, so I said just do the coolant. While I was there I asked the guy hey what's the status of that part, I was supposed to get a call this week and never did. So he brought the long beard guy back in and he acted like he didn't take down my info before and didn't know anything about it. So I have called this place and made two trips there, all for a $280 coolant change on my car. They totally blew me off on my wife's car. Look, if you don't want to do the work, just tell me and don't waste my time and I'll go elsewhere. On my Mustang, maybe be better prepared with pricing information so I don't get slammed with a $760 price to replace probably 7 quarts of fluid and a transmission filter in my car. Absolutely ridiculous. This place is a total joke. From the moment I walked in, I got a vibe from them that they wanted nothing to do with me. Why? No idea. I guess they hate making money or didn't like how I looked, who knows.

Functions perfectly and the sound is crazy good! Recommended to my family members, since they also were looking into installing Apple CarPlay units to my car. They also have financing plans!!
