We purchased a brand new Windsport from this dealer in 2020. We took it on a cross country trip and discovered this brand new RV had a broken generator, a broken bunk system, the outdoor fridge was broken, 7 other minor things reported, and there was a demon in the furnace that when we turned it on, would stay on until everyone in the RV perished from heat exhaustion. We took it back to get all of these things repaired on our brand new RV. Not once, not twice, three times. Every single time they kept our RV for months then returned it with nothing fixed. I can not tell you the frustration of being in the middle of no where in the middle of the night to find out your furnace is broken for the fourth time, and then have to endure sitting in 95 degree temps in the middle of the winter all night long- for the FOURTH time. We tried to take it back a forth time and despite it being under warranty the first three times we reported these issues, they claim it's no longer under warranty and we must pay them to take it back and attempt to fix it for the forth time. We will not be purchasing from this RV center again and do not recommend purchasing through them, or using their service center. **Edited for response update** Nevada Lemon Law Nevada's Lemon Law (NRS Chapter 597) covers you if: The defect was reported during the warranty period The dealer made 3 or more repair attempts for the same issue without fixing it, OR The vehicle was out of service for 30+ cumulative days for repairs We experienced all three qualifications. We should have just returned this thing, we only asked they fix the issues we reported multiple times, and they are still fighting with us on this. You all have your answers here. This is my second RV purchase from here. I took my brand new 2025 RV in for service because it had a manufacturing defect with the reading of the gray water tank (I didn't know this at the time of drop off). A few weeks went by and I called since I hadn't heard and the service person said oh it's ready, I told him no one called me. I asked what the problem was and he said they fixed the water tank I then told him I never took it in for the water tank I took it in because the gray tank was reading full and it's empty so the sensor might be obstructed the guy Ron said oh ok I'm gonna have to send it back in. Weeks go by and I call to get an update as no one calls me and he said they need a part and they are waiting. I told him that's fine but no one is reaching out to update me. He apologized. Mind you it's been there since March 25, 2026. It's now May 2026. I get a call that there was wiring issues, they needed to order a new panel board and it wasn't wired up properly. It's finally done, I go pick it up bring it home park it and I go inside and it's a mess. Debris everywhere, my floors were dirty, my toilet rug was a mess. The bathroom sink and mirror were left uncleaned and the toilet appeared used. My trailer is brand new and I have taken it out only once. This is completely unacceptable and service people should do better when working on customer's RVs. read more

My brother bought me as a gift, a used camper from JWRV. He sent them a 22.5k cashiers check. I didn't get the luxury of parking my old camper next to the new one like others trading in their old one because it was not worth trading in. I was offered to spend a night in it but declined because I would need to walk home and get stuff like my 2 dogs, dogfood, food for me, cooking things and coffee maker. too much for me to carry.       Since I had no tow vehicle they delivered it the next morning. The two people trying to park the trailer did not know how to park one. After 25 minutes of them fumbling I told them to stop, ill park it. Took me only 5 minutes. After its setup I went inside to transfer things from old to new/used. As i put 4 items in the door to the fridge the bottom hinge snapped off. I also noticed the only roof vent, on the roof was in the bathroom. It was broken and wouldn't lock open or closed. I went to JWRV parts dept. They told me to hire someone that works on warranty. I gave them a 2* saying they were working on a 5 but because of their lack of help i gave them a 2*.       At that point they came over and looked at the problem. They replaced the roof vent and ordered me a new door. While waiting for the new door, I noticed the control panel and the cover was broken, and the top freezer door gasket was damaged and hard to freeze in freezer, I temporarily fixed it. When the door came i showed him the broken parts and he said its not under warranty. It took me 4 days to install the new door because the old door panel, after removing was warped. I had to cover with wet towels and place strips of wood across with weights for 24 hours so i can make it slide in. I bought hinge reinforcements from Amazon because Google says this happens all the time. I then went on the review and gave them a %*.       I spent a week looking for parts needed and getting part numbers. I went back to JWRV parts dept. and asked them to order me a new fridge freezer door and the control panel and control panel housing and gave them the part numbers. They said the parts are not available, I'll have to go online and search for the parts. I did, It cost me $315.00 on Ebay for the door and control panel. I couldn't find the Control Panel housing so I contacted Norcold the manufacturer. The nest day I get a reply to my emails and they said they do have that part but I need to go to JWRV to buy the part because they don't fill regular customers orders. I'm wondering if they had all 3 parts needed in Norcold. If so JWRV parts dept. didn't even try.       I'm now thinking I should have NEVER gone to JWRV to purchase the camper, maybe I should have gone else ware. this camper should not have been sold with this problem. The roof vent and refrigerator should have been inspected better and repaired before it left their lot. So they're back to 2* How about that. I'm changing my review twice today. I went back to JWRV parts. Gave them the part number to order the part from Norcold. They told me the can't because they need $250 in an order to order from them. WTF! WFT! WTF! ... If he ordered all 3 items i wanted yesterday it sure would be over that amount. Instead of getting all 3 from Norcold and probably be new parts, I had to but 2 parts from Ebay and cost Mr $315.00 and they're used parts. And the last part now they're not trying. Most idiotic place I've ever been in. I'm really thinking of returning the camper. I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD and my brother wanted this to be stress free and cost me nothing. We'll I'm really sick from stress and so far in one month has cost me over $500.00. Not a way to do business. read more
