It took awhile to get an appointment but I can see why they're so busy and it was definitely worth the wait. They tied 6 brand new recessed can lights into an existing can light in our living room and replaced half a dozen more. I had can lights installed in my kitchen and one had what appears to be a nail head pop through the drywall. On Monday I called to ask if I could pound the head back in and not do any damage to the electrical or the light can. I was told to text a picture, which I did. On Wednesday I sent an email because I had gotten no response. I got an email response from Chelsea stating she would resend the picture to the owner.
