Overall, the food and most of the staff were great. Our server Lulu was amazing, very attentive, kind, and professional. A manager with bright pink hair and a blue shirt also did a wonderful job checking in on guests and making sure everyone was enjoying their experience. The restaurant was extremely packed, and most of the staff handled the pressure very well. Unfortunately, one employee, I'm unsure if her name was Sonny or Sunny based on the name tag, noticeably changed the atmosphere. I overheard her gossiping about customers and speaking disrespectfully toward other employees, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I genuinely felt bad for the coworkers she seemed to be giving attitude to. While everyone else appeared to be working hard to keep things running smoothly during a busy rush, she seemed to be actively slowing things down and causing constant readjustments for the other employees. It almost took away from what otherwise would have been a really enjoyable experience. I wanted to mention it because the rest of the team truly seemed hardworking and welcoming. read more

We stopped by while strolling the Tanger Outlet on a Friday around 11:45am right before the lunchtime crowd and got seated quickly. I ordered the Route 66 Cheeseburger and swapped the Swiss for Pepper Jack, adding a nice kick to the burger. The combination of grilled mushrooms and caramelized onions on a brioche bun was delightful. I also got fries topped with crispy bacon and melted cheese. The cheese had a nice stretchy melty texture, the bacon added a nice chrunch, and they fries tasted fresh. I tried my man's onion rings; They were golden brown, crispy, and flavorful. Highly recommend giving these a try. This chain boasts a classic 1950s diner vibe, complete with retro decor and jukeboxes. The staff was attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. I think this is a great spot for a casual meal while exploring the casino. I once came here for a midnight craving, because it was one of the very few places that's stays open til 2am. read more

My friends and I went here for breakfast after a long night. I have been one time before and I remember the food being good, especially the home fries. One of my favorite things are the sports pictures and wall art. It's bright and fun. They asked if I wanted my English muffin toasted or grilled. I chose grill, but I wish I had chosen toasted. We (party of four)came here for a quick bite to eat after browsing @ the Tanger outlets in Foxwoods. We were one of their 1st customers of the day (it was around 11:30ish in the am)besides another party that was ahead of us. The waitress was ok. She could have been more attentive. I had to get her attention numerous times. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger w/ extra pickles only & a side of plain fries. The fries came out 1st piping hot.They were extra crispy but had no flavor. I had to throw a massive amount of salt & pepper. Then, my burger came out too late after my fries were already cold. I like to eat them together.The meat was rough & overcooked. No bueno!The pickles were extra sour & juicy just the way I love them. I love me some sour pickles. The pickle slices were pretty big as well. I tried my sister's fries w/ cheese & bacon. I wish I would have ordered that. It was flavorful & I love cheese & bacon. Then I tried my bf's chili dog w/ cheese. That also tasted way better than my burger. Definitely a good location if you are in the outlets. The staff are very friendly and, at least when we were there, understaffed. They decorate for various holidays and have an overall fun atmosphere. The food is okay, but certainly not great. Their milkshakes are pretty good though. I'm gluten free and when we arrived they had a sign that they have GF bread and rolls . I was so excited but cautious because I tried a GF chick-fil-A roll this week and it was horrible. I ordered a burger and the waitress said it was a UDI bun and I wasn't sure what to expect. It was perfect, didn't crumble, tasted like a real bun! Best bacon cheeseburger I've had in years! The kids enjoyed their milkshakes, hot dogs and cheeseburgers with regular buns. I am so grateful for companies putting effort into making their menu easier for the GF community. Waited at the counter for someone to acknowledge us at least 15 minutes. The line started growing behind us as workers were walking in circles ignoring the line. Kids were screaming they were hungry. Went this weekend with the family and it started so well. We ordered drinks and some cheesy tator tots and onion rings with ranch sauce. The tots and rings were the best part of the meal. We then ordered our entrees. Wife got a burger, I got a single rocket and my daughter got a hotdog. Very simple.. It took them over 25-30 minutes for them to find the order and even the waitress that we placed our order with. It was just ridiculous. No one would come over and discuss anything with us. Finally after about 35 minutes a waitress finally found our order and put it in and said a manager would come over and speak with us. Once we finished eating the manager came over and made some excuses about our order getting lost and he took only the burger that cost the most instead of taking the entire bill off for making us wait 35 minutes and not even replenishing our drinks at all. Servers were very nice. Food was average. Prices were RIDICULOUS! I have never seen a place charge for the cherry syrup in a cherry coke. I asked for a Diet Coke with lemon. I was given a Diet Coke with three packets of lemon juice. I was charged for each lemon packet! I asked about free refills. Told they were free then we got charged for them anyway. The food was not worth the price. For 5 of us the price came to more than for the 5 of us the night before at SUGAR. In the Tanger outlets, this was quite possibly the only spot that is open at this time, kind of eerie, but cool. We ordered 2 burgers, cheese fries and a regular fry to go...to carry all the way back to our hotel room for a drunken bite. The food was great and gluttonous. We were also provided an ample amount of ketchup and napkins, right up my alley. It seems like the most negative reviews on here are regarding eat-in and table service. They are very mid friendly, (They can split milkshakes and even do cute little faces with ketchup!) Our waitress was so friendly!! The food was good and reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with this meal. Between my husband and I, we had a double cheeseburger, an order of cheese fries, a chocolate milkshake and a philly cheesesteak. The waitress brought out a small plate that had a cat made out of ketchup on it. It was a very fun touch. I appreciated that she still did this even though we did not have children. If I could give negative Stars I definitely would... my son and I were in a time crunch for a smash room that we had reserved at the place next door. Our server was very friendly very fast and courteous that is the one positive thing I can say. Ordered the Route 66 Burger on a gluten-free bun the gluten-free bun didn't taste good so it did not eat it I had three bites of it.. I ate the rest of the Burger off the bun and then literally 5 minutes after I finished it I ran to the bathroom before and cleared my plate while I was in the ladies room. There was a National Cheerleading Competition being held, and this location was overwhelmed with customers as was everything else at Foxwoods. I have eaten at Johnny Rockets before, and it is satisfying for what it is, a burger joint with good milkshakes. The sign out front apologized for the long wait, but it also said it was worth the wait. We had a party of 11 with 6 kids, so we waited. They staff handled the pressure well, and our order came out in a timely fashion. Everything was hot and made to order, kids loved their milkshakes, and we didn't have any complaints. Our server was very sweet. We looked over the menu and she was super attentive the whole time. I decided on chicken fingers with a side salad and my friend got a burger with cheese fries. The side salad was good but at almost 4 bucks it's a little steep. Her burger was good but the cheese fries lacked. I'm sure it's not their fault but the cheese gets cold very quickly.
