I didn't remember the name of the guy but certainly remembered the price. Make sure you remember or write down both when you call. Seemed to me like a way for them to make some extra cash on someone who wasn't quoted or didn't remember. The work was done quickly- I only waited 15-20 minutes. The waiting room was alright, not super clean but not dirty either. There's three large couches and a large screen tv to watch. Overall I was satisfied with the service and didn't have any issues.

I brought it after work around 5:10 pm and they called me about 10 min later with a diagnosis and a cost. I needed a sleeve and it would cost 92.50. I agreed and they had it repaired in 20 minutes. I've seen plenty of customer cars here over the years so I figured that it was worth a try. My 2004 Grand Marquis needed two things repaired, the speed control for the blower and the air suspension compressor. They did the work promptly and at a reasonable price, far better than what the dealership was estimating. Previously I tried the Lincoln dealership in Southgate for the blower not being able to be controlled. It was either on high or off. Their mechanic had the car for 2 days and couldn't find a problem. They said it was working fine and sent me on my way. It failed as I pulled out of their parking lot so I went back. They said I could leave it again for the night and they would look it the next day again. I decided that apparently their mechanic was not too experienced with intermittent blower speed issues even though the problem is highly recognized on Youtube for the Panther platform cars. On my own with Youtube's help I concluded that it was the blower control resistor, as this was a common issue with the Panther platform and decided to take it to Livernois Automotive. Mike and I talked and they replaced the blower resistor and the problem was successfully fixed in addition to the air compressor I needed for the suspension system. Mike and his mechanics are what we look for in mechanics. Honest, dependable, and with reasonable prices. This is now my go-to shop for automotive repairs. Thanks Mike....

They also said needed brakes, calipers rotors all around, they said everything was $ 2200. I let them do the job, they said it would take a week, it took them 3 weeks, then when I was ready to pay the guy tells me $4200. I said the quote was $2200, then he says oh well, I'll give you the discount of $3800, are you serious? I asked for my truck back , now it's $2200. I paid, they said they would be finished up that evening, I asked could they bring to my house, no problem, tow truck comes but my truck in yard, don't knock on door or nothing, just so happen I saw him, I'm like where's the keys, in the truck, this man in such a rush. I say where's the hub caps to the wheels, he look he say on front seat, so you can't put everything back like it was. I drove it it seem fine, brakes work, but they emptied the gas didn't even replace it, I mean zero drop, I don't think I could go to the gas station, I had to call AAA. This place sucks and a rip off! Don't go here ever! Don't even get gas there!
