When I had a big job that needed to get done, I called them first. What blew my mind is that the shop I always go to wanted over a crazy amount of money to fix my clutch. I told them I would buy the part( about 300$) and asked them about their installation. The other guys quoted me 1500$ for labor on my car. I was floored by the dishonesty. They basically were saying it would be 15 hours of labor (not even close). So out of desperation I Yelp searches and found these guys! So I called them up and asked for a quote. They called me back about 30 minutes later and quoted me about 1300 WITH the parts and labor. They literally saved me over 500 bucks! They obviously could have tried to take me to the cleaners like that other garage, but this garage has integrity beyond all measure. I decided to really break down the numbers for you all just to show you how big of a savings they are. Now for the huge disclaimer. Every car and person is different. Will everyone save a massive amount of money? Probably not, but you can trust these guys to be fair. The only downfall to this place is they got some oil, gas, or something tracked into my car. The interior really stuck for about a week before it cleared out. Other than that, these are my new guys!

Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. Got stuck again with the car not starting, and we were going to take the car into the shop for possibly an expensive repair. We called Tony to jumped start the car, and he arrived within 30 minutes. After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. The problem was a loose ground wire to the battery from possibly pot holes. Tony didn't have to fix our problem but he did. 100 percent recommend Rapid Roadside to use when you get stuck.

Instead of cutting me some slack on the price of the battery seeing that I just paid over 2 grand to get my transmission replaced, they made me pay full price for the battery and having to sit and wait there for nearly an hour for it to get delivered and for them to get it replaced. Also ever since I got my car back I have been having electrical issues with it. Even though bringing up the issue to them, they said that they didn't touch anything electrical while it was there. Had them change out the tailgate in my truck after a minor incident with a trailer hitch. They had the vehicle while I was on vacation and called me three days before my return to tell me vehicle was ready for pickup. When I picked up my truck on a Sunday the truck wasn't washed and had sanding dust hand prints on it still, first sign of an incomplete job. As I said they called me three days early so there wasn't a rush or I wasn't pushing them to get it done quickly. The tailgate doesn't open right and takes two presses of the button now with a little pull, the seam between the handle and the tailgate they filled with some sort of putty filler and didn't even sand it smooth, can see finger prints in the putty, looks like a five year old playing with playdoh could do a better job. It's super disappointing because I had high hopes. Can't recommend you stay away more. They did offer to take my truck back in and try to sand the putty part but the putty shouldn't exist in the first place if they had properly cross checked parts and figment prior to ordering and installing and I refuse to be without a vehicle for three days or let them ever do a hack job in anything I own ever again.
