She answers the phone with my name, and is a genuine & professional kind heart. I tried this nail salon on Saturday 8/3 by recommendation of a friend. Walked right in and got taken care of! The place is very clean, the employees are very nice! Not very busy. I got a gel mani pedi and my mani was fast! Very efficient and well done. The massage he gave after was dreamy the pedicure was also amazing! I chose the Pedi in a Box, not breaking the bank for everything you want in a pedicure: scrub, massage bubbles!! I went for a manicure and pedicure. This is my first experience with acrylic and I am so happy with the outcome! The nail technician made sure my nail length and shape turned out exactly how I wanted them, and then made sure they were flawlessly smooth and filled in to look very natural. Awful experience there!!! TRYING to enjoy what I felt was shaping up to be an excellent pedicure (paid for the upgraded pedicure!).....in walks a 20-something human with the loudest, most foul voice EVER! She had ZERO cares that there were other patrons INCLUDING children! She was dropping 'f-bombs' like grenades! I asked the owner at least 3 times if she could ask her tone it down....as did other patrons! No one including the owner addressed! A few of the employees just laughed and kept on working. It was super disrespectful and super disruptive! I've been here several times so the manager knows me....when I went to pay, she said 'sorry, I didn't want to make her mad'!! Really? What about the other patrons, who most of them are recurring customers!? And the gentleman doing my pedicure kept messing up on my polish....so that drew out my pedicure nearly twice the time as normal! So I was subjected to this awful loud crass conversation times TWO!!! No adjustment was made to my service!!! I was charged in full! I will definitely be looking for another location ASAP!!! read more

This is a FANTASTIC nail place. They KNOW your name. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. I've been coming here for years. They are sterile, clean, and they actually KNOW how to take care of your nails. I love how they've managed COV-19 and maintain safety. There are plastic panels up, all people must wash their hand upon entry, you must wear a mask at all time. I feel very comfortable recommending this place to anyone. I've converted 3-friends from their old nail salons. You will not be disappointed. Their work is neat and lasts up to 4-weeks although I never go that long. I just moved here from San Diego and have been looking for hair salon, nail salon, eyebrow and lash salon, I checked yelp and found this place had a few reviews but all of them were good, so I called to check prices and the lady on the phone was very nice. The prices were very reasonable too. She told me to come in that they had time to take me. I went and was welcomed in a Very friendly matter. She gave me the colors for Gel Color and then the gentlemen sat me down for my pedicure. He did an excellent job! Ken's massage was the bomb.com. It was like a 45 min pedicure. I enjoyed it. The lady that did my nails I believe her name was Cathy was super accommodating. She kept checking if I liked it, she asked is this ok? Would you like another coat? My nails looked great :) Besides the fact that it's close To My house I would def go back even if it wasn't. They have a repeat customer in me :) Thank you!!! read more

There are a few nice techs but the owner is very blah and doesn't reward loyalty or acknowledge frequent good tipping customers. We were greeted by Alice as soon as we walked in and she had us sit with Lisa and Misty. They were dolls, very nice and extremely kind. Their work is sloppy they don't clean up any margins of the nails and the lady who was working on my kept disregarding my concerns and later just gave me attitude and didn't fix anything I asked. While doing my gel manicure, all her margins are sloppy. There were air bubbles on my nail and I told her and she said "later" but I have a bump on my nail due to that air bubble that she "later" never fixed. read more

This place is my go to! Amazing and kind staff, along with great talent. My girlfriend and I had made an appointment for 1:30, but we came in super early... they were super accommodating and understanding. Furthermore, I was getting a mani pedi and my friend was only getting a mani, and they got the timing perfect for us to be finished at the same time! All the workers were so kind, and my gel lasted through an entire beach vacation . Don't waste time anywhere else in the area, this place by far the best. read more

Went to this place multiple times before & was fine. Got my nails done recently on a Wednesday (gel on top of acrylic) and polish started chipping Saturday. I was asked to come back in one hour for them to fix and was not offered any type of discount toward a future appointment. First off, gel polish in no way on top of acrylic with tips should be chipping after 3 days. Secondly, I should have been prioritized for 15 minutes to fix a mistake that was made by one of the associates. Thirdly, after I mentioned I could not come back in a hour a discount or something should have been offered. Just terrible, I really enjoyed this place the couple times I went before but this last time was just unacceptable. I have posted pictures below to show my work. Oh not to mention my card was charged twice and I had to dispute one of the charges to get my money back because they claimed they had voided the first charge. SMH. JUST TERRIBLE read more

In looking for a salon that would do acrylic overlay w/gel polish, I found found this place. The service was prompt and my nails looked amazing by the time I left! It's understandable that salons want to make as much money as possible, but I'm on a really tight budget right now. I didn't feel pressured to spend more money like I've experienced in other salons in the area. If I hadn't located this place, I might have stopped having my nails done altogether. I've been to this establishment a few times and I was satisfied, but the last time I went they put a new person to do my toes. She messed my toenails up so bad. They were all uneven and cut down so low. There was paint all over my skin. I had to have someone come and redo my toes and add acrylic on my big toes because they were so jacked up. Would rate 5 stars but after my most recent visit a different nail tech did my nails. I had a nail crack within 24hrs.
