The fried chicken was cooked to perfection goldenish brown and incredibly crunchy on the outside, while remaining juicy and very tender on inside. The seasoning had the same taste of the one I used to eat back in Dominican Republic, crushing, well season and super delicious, the tostones were fresh and well made. I was so embarrassed at my event when everyone went to eat, I was so surprised that the chicken wasn't there. I ordered several whole chickens (which was the main part of the order). I did not notice it was missing until everyone started to eat. This was so embarrassing as everyone only had rice and salad to eat since the meat was missing. This is not the first time I ordered for an event and they messed up my order. Genesis, the owner daughter was super rude about it and did not take full accountability.
