Took the grandkids on a weeknight during Winter break for some fun before they head back to school. I was able to find a good deal on Groupon for $33 for all you can eat buffet and 2hrs of free video games and rides. It was a good deal for the kids but I don't like their buffet it is and has always been disgusting . We got there about 7pm and it closed at 9:30 it was enough time for the kids to use their cards for 2 hours but not enough time to eat. We ate when we first got there but I promised the kids desert after food and games. We went to get drinks and ice cream after their cards ran out only to find out that the food, drinks and desserts stopped at 8:00pm. Some of the games didn't work and took our tokens/time like the bowling alley we were excited to play but we're disappointed. read more

First and last time! I left my phone at a game and so my sisters and I are tracking my phone with hers and an employee told me he gave it to the management and I can see my phones location is at the help desk but the manager says there no phone up there and is adamant but I can still see my phones location is exactly where we are. I'm upset and annoyed but I go around to look for my phone again knowing the manager has it. I do my lap and go back to the help desk and a female manager has my phone and is waving it in my face so I snatch it back and walk away no words were exchanged on my end and that's when she says that she's going to kick out my whole party for being rude but they are the ones trying to steal my phone read more

We celebrated our son's 6th birthday here yesterday and it was a great experience! I reserved the party package online and stopped by the day before to get an idea of what the party room looked like. The staff was super accommodating. On the day of the party my son was late (long story lol) but again the staff was very accommodating. Our party host, Nubia, was amazing and so was the manager (I don't remember her name). My son's friends and their parents enjoyed themselves and my son said it was the best birthday ever. I would definitely recommend if you want to host a stress free event. The food is taken care of, the host plays games with the kids and keeps us on track time wise, the set up was super easy and we didn't have to worry about the clean up afterwards. read more

After not coming for a few years, we decided to check it out, I'm so glad we did!! All the games were clean and working! Food was delicious and the areas were all clean, but the most amazing part was the people we had the pleasure of meeting!! We were greeted with such welcoming, generous, and kind workers, from the greeter when we walked in( Dra), the technician that was walking around helping and making sure the games were all working well(Davalen) and of course Lawrence with the kindest smile and very helpful. John's Incredible Pizza is definitely a wonderful concept of having a great place to take the family for a fun afternoon. All you can eat food and beverages, rides and arcade games. The kids loved it. But when your 7 and 13 year old grand children complains that the bathroom was "Nasty" I was shocked. Tissues on the floor, dirty diapers in the trash by the exit door, trash overflowing over the top of the trash receptacle by the exit door, Urine in the stalls, menstruation on the seats. I was waaay too disgusted to take pictures. I went to a worker and let him know that the women's bathroom was dirty and needed some attention. Hours later the bathroom was still in the same condition. Food was expected. Not gourmet, but pizza and chicken were the best. They offered salad, pasta veggies and the mojo potatoes were a hit, unlimited drinks and decent dining areas where you could eat and watch TV as a family. The atmosphere was pleasant, and very busy. Happy faces everywhere. All in all it was a good day for the family. I try to mention the good and bad points. And believe me, I understand that it was a busy day. But the cleanliness of the restrooms is a high point for me, and the fact that This isn't the first post about cleanliness shows that this is an issue that needs to be looked into by Management. read more

Very disgusting, unorganized, & crowded. It smelt like BO throughout the entire facility. Majority of the games were broken. I've included photos for reference. The other half of games would steal your tickets & not work properly. We refunded our game cards & got our money back. The maintenance of the games is poor. This was my first time back in years. The last time I came was prior to covid in 2020 & everything was working & was maintained. Now it looks like they stopped caring for their facility. I give credit to the line cooks. They were hustling & replenishing food quickly. However, there was hardly any food choices to begin with. Highly do not recommend coming here & wasting money. Go to Dave & Busters instead. read more

My daughter loves this place so my family comes frequently. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Dra is very helpful and kind. She gets you through the line quickly and is attentive to your needs, even after you pay. They were filling all the pizza requests quickly where none of the spots were empty for more than a minute. Hipolito was AMAZING! Clearing tables in multiple rooms swiftly. He was cleaning the general food area as soon as the messes were made. Already looking forward to our next visit. I had my family in from Colorado and wanted to visit someplace kid oriented as we had 5 kids with us. The food was nothing special, but that's what I expected. I bought an extra $150 in game cards. The majority of games were out of order or would accept the credits off of our cards and give us no games. I guess I'll be the odd one out on this review. We are not local to the area so take my review with a grain of salt. We came here for a friends kids birthday party and enjoyed ourselves. The cost of us to get inside was around $60 which included an all you can eat buffet of pizza, chicken, potatoes, pasta, dessert, and salad bar. For what it is worth, the food was good. The pizza was great and I have no complaints other than for them to wipe it down periodically because kids were spilling food and sauces all over the counter. We also bought a $30 fun card so that the kids could play. For my child the $30 card lasted us the entire time that we were playing games and we did not have to refill it. Credits per game run 2-12 credits which isn't bad. In between games I did see an employee going through and wiping each machine down. They have plenty of rooms to sit in and the rooms are clean. They also have a kiddie room for young kids 1-3 to be able to play in. They offer bowling and have bumper cars as well. The bathrooms definitely needed a cleaning but we're not too bad from what I've seen. I only have a couple complaints. The first one being that they need to be mopping the floor where the buffet is because the ground was very sticky. Also, a good amount of the arcade games were not working. I feel that they should fix the ones that don't work instead of letting them sit on the side of the game floor to collect dust. Some of the card readers also scan your card and take some of your credits and end up not working but it's nothing a conversation with an employee can't fix. Overall, I really enjoyed my day here at John's Incredible Pizza and we will be returning. I definitely recommend bringing your kids to have some fun! read more

Pricing is reasonable, and food is self served, but we needed the table and seating cleaned properly before we sat down to eat. (Felt bad that there was just a single helper in the room we took. The kid needed more help!) The pizzas were good, but I couldn't say much for their salad bar. Also, the chicken legs were hot and tasty. Yeahhhhhh, No. Not for me. This is a kid-centered pizza and play place. The establishment reminds me of Chuck E. Cheese except they charge you to get in and it isn't as good. Adults cost $13 and kids cost $5-$8 to get into. That's just admission, does not include any games. Admission price includes the buffet and dessert area. They have salad fixings, create your own pasta area, a variety of pizzas and desserts such as ice cream cones, pie and cookies. All of the food is mediocre. Nothing is great. The pizza is alright. As long as you get it right when they take it out of the oven. They have random pizzas that sound like they might taste good, but they really don't. For example the "nacho pizza" has regular sauce, a runny cheese sauce and jalapeños on it. It was just odd. The cheese pizza was pretty basic with red sauce and mozzarella cheese. Nothing special. It's definitely edible though. The white pizza looked good but lacked cheese. The Alfredo sauce was good but they skimped on the cheese. Each pizza was a bit off tasting or just wasn't the best. But it's buffet style food so I guess what do you expect?! (Shrugs). The pasta area offers noodles and sauces to create a very bland tasting pasta. The Alfredo pasta sauce doesn't taste like real Alfredo sauce. It's thinner, and more watery. Doesn't have that creamy Alfredo consistency you want with pasta. The nacho area was pretty cool. You could add beans, pico, sour cream, guacamole etc to your nachos but the cheese sauce for the nachos was rubbery and gross. For real I don't know where they be buying their cheese but none of the cheese sauces or pasta sauces tasted right. The desserts were hit or miss. Even though they were made that day, some were hard and crusty. Overall it was just blah. I can see why kids would like it. We came here a couple years ago and loved it. Today I brought 3 -13 year olds and a 2 year old. The food was ok- but they were out of a lot of items. The kids were all so excited to play- and after spending over $120 to get in and buy two game cards we were anticipating staying for at least a couple of hours. I am not exaggerating when I say at least 70 percent of the games were out of order. When we did find a couple of working games - two of them took our money without letting us play and one let us play and didn't give us our tickets. If you do decide to come here - don't drink very much- because the bathrooms are disgusting! Some of the toilets were overflowing - and maybe that made others afraid to flush the toilet. It was disgusting. Many stalls out of to, seat covers and profanity all over the walls. On a positive note- its cold outside- so if your heater is broken- it's about 100 degrees in here. I'm sure a lot of body heat is created by tons of people pacing around trying to find something that works. We still have 150 credits left and will be leaving before someone has to use the restroom. read more

Elaina was so understanding of all of my party needs and worked with her team to make sure my party was taken care of at all times. The host are great with kids and make balloons upon request. This place has gone downhill since we had our son's birthday party here last year and it shows. We were invited to a birthday party and not even joking, half their games were out of order, including 3 out of 4 machines to reload your play cards. At one point, I was attempting to reload on the one "working" machine and it wouldn't work. When I asked for help, I was sent to the front entrance. I stood there and waited where I was told to go while two female employees blatantly ignored me and my daughter and looked up their work schedules and talked badly about another employee in front of us. We looped around a small area, playing games that costed anywhere between 2-5 credits (there were no one credit games) so if you get stuck with one credit left on your card, you are screwed unless you go to the front again and ask them to combine it with another card. The buffet was also sad and lacking, as many times as we went back (family of 6) many of the trays were empty like they just couldn't keep up. The prize counter is also ridiculous, the amount of tickets they ask for these cheap toys is mind blowing. Although the party hosts were fun and friendly, I will 100% not have another party here like my little is requesting for this year. It's just not worth it! read more
