A lot of reviews talk about ordering food from an app. We went today 6/6/21 and it was buffet style which was honestly disgusting in these times. The rooms to eat in were hot, the tables and floor were sticky, the air was stale. It took forever to get someone's attention for a drink. When we went over to the games 2/3 of them weren't working, which would have been nice to know before our group spent $100 on cards for all the kids. Of the games that were working some of them weren't actually giving the tickets to the card. We hit multiple 200 ticket jackpots and then when we went to cash out we only had 240 tickets? And I never once saw someone walk around and clean anything the entire time I was there. Pictures attached of a small portion of the broken games. We had a birthday party and it was so easy. Nubia was our party host and she was helpful and took care of it all. I was able to visit with friends and family. We were so excited when we found out JIP was open again! It was our daughter's second birthday and we thought it would be fun to take her for the first time, and my 10 y/o son had been dying to go! BUT there was no warning of what was to come. There are some VERY big changes right now due to COVID precautions. This may make you want to think twice about coming until they can return to the traditional buffet style service. Let me start with some overall positives: - Masks are required for staff and customers. Dining tables are socially distanced (every other booth was blocked off and the other tables are spaced out). There are large bottles of hand sanitizer in a few locations. - There were enough games and rides operational to keep both kids happy. -The pizza and salad is still yummy like I remember it, and drinks are still self-serve. - The ordering system is kind of a nuisance but still allows for each person to eat their fill and THEN SOME (stock may be limited). - The customer service was about a 5/10. Not what I'm used to @ JIP, but they seemed to be trying their best. They may be understaffed. Now for an overview of our experience....For reference, We visited at around 1:45pm on a Sunday and spent about 4 hours there all together. Once you enter, you go straight into the winding line to pay. They do have dots on the floor for social distancing, but basically everybody ignores them. Social distancing is minimal here in the line, specifically. We waited about 35 minutes to pay. Not the longest wait ever, BUT when we got to the kiosks to pay (no more cashiers) we were then notified that it would then be a 40 minute wait before we could be seated to eat. That was pretty annoying as we were all very hungry. They do allow you to serve yourself some drinks right away so we got the kids some water. They encourage guests to go use the fun room while waiting for your table. Essentially, over an hour passed between the time we walked through the doors and the time we received our food. FYI- the toddler area is closed for little ones and some games are closed to help with social distancing. Once your ordering window/seating window is finally open you find a table and open up the ordering system on your phone. It was no problem to order for my family of 4 on my phone, but I can see how it would be inconvenient in a bigger party. There is supposed to be a way to order on multiple devices at one time, but I overheard a bigger party complaining that option wasn't working. Each open table has a number assigned to it. You input your table number and "register" every guest in your party. The first question it asks in the ordering system is "would you like breadsticks for your table?" We chose yes only to later be told they were out of breadsticks. Huge bummer. Ordering was not too bad, but it's definitely not as convenient or fast as going to the buffet yourself to pick exactly how much you want. The system is relatively user friendly but it is sort of tricky to describe. I have uploaded screenshots of the ordering system/menus... Basically *each person* is allowed to select up to three plates to be brought out at one time. You can choose from 1) salad/soup bowls, 2) pizza plates, 3) pasta bowls, 4) chicken & sides combo plate, 5) dessert plates. You can pick any 3 types of plates you want. It can be 3 plates of pizza or 2 plates of pizza and 1 salad option, for example. Keep in mind this is just at ONE time. The minute they bring your order, you can put in your next order. There really isn't a limit to anything aside from what you can get within one order. A couple of important notes regarding the food items... *You cannot customize any food items. * Tons of pizza options. *Dessert plate- pick 2 items per plate. It can be the same kind of item or 2 different kinds. I was most disappointed here because their desserts are known for being delicious but they were basically out of everything by like 4:30 pm. See photos for options. I will conclude with a few negatives: - Cleaning/sanitizing seems to be nonexistent. Bring your own wipes. - They seemed to be having trouble with the oven. It was undercooking or overcooking items. - As you'll see in the photos, the prize stock is low. Lots of completely empty bins. The kid still found a couple of things he wanted. Overall,we were okay with our experience but we will be waiting until things are back to pre-covid operation before we go back. I have read in other recent reviews that some people don't think it's fair that they're charging full price but given that you can eat a massive amount of food, I can't see justifying a lower price. Just know that if you go, it won't be the same and decide if you are okay with that. read more

Went two times and both times the AC was broken seemed to only be in the game side but it's summer like come on. Second time I went games were broken or out of order. Basketball, air hockey was bad, skee ball was hit or miss, some ball drop game was missing balls. Staff was cool though dra was really friendly great personality. Who ever owns this really need to check up on it and get DDR I mean come on. Don't go in summer lol to hot. Oh and buffet is weak. read more

I want to give a shout out to Hippie and Lawrence. Their customer service was some of the best I have come across in the last couple of years!! They both deserve a raise. Hippie was constantly cleaning and asking if we needed anything (our group was approximately 20 people), he was pleasant and on top of his game. Lawrence also gave excellent customer service, took his time to explain things and was very helpful with all my questions. Dra at the entrance was very helpful and polite, but that is where the good of our experience ends. Only 2 rides for the age of my kids, bumper cars that only had half the cars working, and spinning swings that were out of service for vomit most of the time. Combine that with a quarter of the games taking your credits and not working, along with the prizes for your tickets being overpriced, we were not impressed. I came in when they first opened and i was a little hesitant to walk in. Ive always been here in the afternoon. But Dra helped me feel welcomed and at ease and explained to me that i have nothing to worry. She really made the beginning feel welcoming for me and my son. Will most definitely come again in the morning while my other son is in therapy. It is a great way to get one on one with my oldest. This is a pretty cool place for the kids. Pizza was good, no problem there!! BUT!!! Long ass line to get inside, wow!!! I was wondering why, once we got inside we saw exactly why!!! We had to deal with a computer not real people, everyone trying to submit how many people, ages, drinks, coins and at the end it gave everyone an error when you submitted paid...yup! We had to wait for someone to reset it...OHH Dang!! Once we headed to the buffete area, we first looked for seats, I just don't get why they keep taking people in if there's not enough seating area. Tonight has assured me why we will never dine at John's "Incredible pizza" we walked in tonight around 8:15 we asked to use the restroom as the rest of our party was moments away. The First Gentlemen said "The buffet closes in 10 minutes" and I said " no worries our party will be here soon and we will just order pizza" some Hispanic lady then chimmed In and said "we don't serve pizza" I was honestly puzzled since the place is called John's incredible pizza! I said" okay then can we just use the restrooms!?" Which the gentleman answered "0f course you can!" While the Hispanic lady gave us a look. After today's visit I just had to stop and drop a review! The manager Elaina slayed today! 2 school field trips at one time...... And it was chaos..... Over 100 kids!!
