One photo machine was set up a little too high so their face wasnt in frame. They lost points on the fun card. The food wasn't great. Half the salad bar was closed. The fried chicken was dry. The dessert bar stayed empty. The only thing worth it was the pepperoni pizza and the chicken alfredo pizza. Don't expect much as an adult. But the kids don't care and loved it. read more

First time there and it was a good time. Well overall all the employees are nice and helpful. Some continued to mention "how new" they are throughout are day there when we asked certain questions. So hopefully they gain more support or confidence in their job. Shoutout out to AIDAN he was so nice and helpful when we had trouble with some games and helped us out on some rides. He's doing an awesome job being friendly informational and just gave outstanding customer service. Food was cool. We got there when it opened for some reasons the bathrooms were SUPER disgusting that was the downfall of the experience. We took pictures and videos of a roach we found crawling into one of our parties members stall in there but just mentioning that should be enough. We told the employees as well so this shouldn't be a surprise. Outside of that I mean felt kind of icky after but my son had an amazing time. Ok. I debated on posting this review as I try and be as positive as possible. We had never been and decided to check it out. I wanted a weekend where I could focus on the kids and have a blast together. It's not cheap but I thought it would be great. We got there around 6pm and the buffet seemed to be pretty busy. We had 2 hour deals.. so, we decided to play and then eat.. that way they weren't so busy and that was a bad choice. The place closes at 1030pm on Saturdays. By the time we got to the buffet about 8pm... there was nothing left and nothing coming out. We were left with scraps. There were two left over pizzas- one cheese and one pepperoni with jalapeño. My son took the one cheese slice and I took the jalapeño. My daughter didn't get any pizza as she's not a fan of jalapeños and there was nothing else left. She did get a few leftover noodles from the pasta.. but not enough for a small child even though she's a teen. They had about 3 baked potatoes left and I grabbed one only to realize they are outta all the toppings. I asked the girl behind the counter if they had a more butter and she brought out the tub. Unfortunately, the butter was frozen, so I just added nacho cheese to my potato. They did offer nacho cheese and crumbled chips.They were I ly bits and pieces... not big enough to grab. You would need a spoon or for for that... we couldn't find forks at the first two bars, but we finally found some at the third. They were shutting down the soda and icee machines, only leaving one soda machine working. There was no cake, no pizza, no chicken (but had a sign at the entrance, so not mad). They had no toppings, no nothing and then when we were done grabbing scraps- we couldn't find a clean or non sticky place. The floor had sugary stuff spilt everywhere. So- after we took the least messy seat we could find, we ate and went to get a cone. Go figure- they took all the cones and shut it down. I was sadly disappointed with the whole buffet situation. They should tell you last call- or no more replenishing. We felt like we were only getting scraps. My kids are not big eaters but they left hungry. We had to splurge more for food on the way home as I thought this would cover dinner but I was mistaken. The game room on the other hand was fine. There were a lot of people but cleared out around 8-830. we tried the bowling game after "scrap fest" and the game wasn't working. Tried to find an employee, no luck. Then, same issue with skeetball. Finally found a woker and he credited my son tickets instead of coins. He was looking forward to playing skeet all as we were competing for high score. I found a credit card on the ground. I had a hard time finding someone to turn it into. Finally found a worker and she seemed annoyed that she had to take it. Over all- this place is a fantastic idea but needs better upkeep and more employees. read more

This is the childhood that could have been. If you want all the games, but not the cardboard pizza from an overgrown rat-this is the place you are looking for. I stopped by for a weekday lunch and lucked into a machine that was out of paper. Dra immediately noticed it and printed from her terminal. She was very friendly and gave us a quick rundown of the place. Straightforward AYCE buffet concept; salad Bar, hot appetizers, pasta station, pizzas, drink bar, and desserts. Although personal pizzas can be requested, topping can only be subtracted. There was an older gentleman that was encouraging everyone to eat more-so he can bus the tables. We came here to celebrate one of our kiddo's birthday. Everything is self-serve. If you try to call, you get a machine. If you need anything at all, you have to do it on their website, on your own. When you walk in, there is no one to greet you. You place your 'order' on a kiosk and show your receipt before you go into the dining area. The workers here need training ASAP! They're running a promotion for October. 1 hour free ride with a purchase of $25 fun card. But you need that coupon before you purchase your order. No one tells you this, and when you bring it up to the staff... they feign ignorance and will answer with uhh yeah, Idont know. You need the coupon. Sorry. Basically, you need to sign up for their VIP thing, and they will email you this coupon. So after I received my coupon, I showed it to the staff again. And she had to get 3 other employees to help! Omg. It was frustrating to watch. She even bumped my toddler as she was trying to find her coworkers . When the 4th employee showed up, instead of saying thank you for waiting, etc., the first thing he said was oh you need to buy another fun card if you want to get the free 1 hour ride. Wow. Customer service here is really non existant. After a minute or two, he finally said oh we can just refund the card and reprocessed it and add the free 1 hour ride. That whole thing took about 30 minutes alone. Insane! Also, they only have like 4 main rides. Only 1 that my toddler could ride with an adult. And he only wanted to do it once. What I'm trying to get at, the rides aren't even that great, and they need to learn to value customers. They bumped my child and gave us a hard time to get something that they're promoting on their website. Ridiculous. And when it was time for our toddler to ride the one thing that he could ride, we waited for over 5 minutes for the attendant. The whole play experience here is horrible. Okay, moving on to the food. They have salad, 2 kinds of soups, pasta, varieties of pizzas, breadsticks, dessert, and ice cream. Beverages are included, but beers and wine are extra. The real MVP are the bus boys who work so hard to clear up the tables from dirty plates. They were they only polite staff that actually cared about the customers. Overall, we had a good time as long as we didn't need help from the staff. Literally, every encounter we had with them were horrible. Definitely don't come just for the food. I also can't say I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

I just want to bring attention to the exceptional customer service/employee Alejandra Ale who went above and beyond to my request/needs on 7/9/22 my 14 month old loves adores balloons and I thought I might just ask for a balloon, she was so polite and didn't hesitate to bring one to us she also made a balloon figure of a kitten which is so sweet and in today's world kindness is by far hard to find in an individual. Please someone recognize this star employee young lady, you certainly have a gem in haystack. We live local, and this is a fun place for the kids when things are in order. Pre-pandemic we visited and really enjoyed ourselves. The last couple visits have been increasingly disappointing and our most recent visit on Friday has me not intending to go back at all. I purchased 2 Buffett tickets (we were with a larger group that paid separately). The food options were ok, most of the stations were completely wiped out before they restocked everything so you need to make sure you make double passes on the buffet areas. The cups were sticky and did not appear or feel clean at all. Utensils were poorly stocked. My biggest issue was the gaming area. About 40% of the games glitched, were posted as out of order OR just took your credits and didn't work. After losing about 15 credits on various games I asked an employee about it and he told me he'd refund my card with credits. He walked away for about 5 min with my card and handed it back. THERE WEREN'T ANY ADDITIONAL CREDITS ADDED. Another frustrating moment was when my group wanted to go on a kiddie ride next to the prize area. Multiple employees were just standing around talking instead of assisting us. After 5 minutes I asked for help and they all looked at each other and finally helped (pictured here). Look, I get that most places are understaffed right now... but the place had AMPLE staff and the customer service and upkeep of the games/ area stunk. Bottom line: I do not recommend John's incredible pizza. read more

Came here today for my daughter's 6th birthday party and everything was amazing from the beginning until the end. Martin, our host went above and beyond with everything. Prior to everyone arriving, he pulled me to the side and explained how everything goes in the party room. I definitely recommend him as a host. Elaine, checked us in for our party and she was and kind and just gives off a great energy. The type of person you need when you are throwing a party. She also came and checked on us to make sure we were okay and everything was going well. She was able to answer all of the million questions I had. Everything was clean and all the food was great. I've been to different locations and I've had not so great experiences. I really appreciate the consistency and the great service that this location has. I will come back for sure. We took my Grandchildren here while they were visiting as their parents were having date night. They loved the food & the fun but shortly after my Grandson had used his card of 160 credits, he apparently dropped it, someone picked it up & of course never turned it in! I had my son's 5th birthday party here and the service was amazing !! Hosts Taliza & Priscilla went out of their way to ensure I had everything that I needed and were very attentive throughout the entire stay. My family and I felt very welcomed & attended to. Amongst arriving to the room we noticed how clean everything was! They always made sure we had drinks when needing refills, brought out the pizza for our party room right away, and always stayed with us when needing services. When it came to doing the cake they helped with lighting the camera, and cueing the lights for us to sing, my son was so happy, and on top of that they also cut the cake for us! Everything was beyond great, my kids and family truly had a blast here at John's, I would highly recommend coming here for the fun of it and especially to have your parties booked here. I think what they charge is a little excessive to only offer old salad and pizza. Most machines don't work, yet they will still take your money, associates are nearly impossible to locate when you need help. Just garbage, save your money. I recommend you go somewhere also. read more

Busser was committed and took care of plates and left over food often. Buffet was full and food was quick to be restocked. Plates and trays could be considered a little small, but is not much of an issue. A couple arcade games didn't work, noticeable improvement over previous visit that had most of the arcade out of order, which you couldn't tell unless you walked right up to the machine to see the blurry text on the card reader. Appreciate being able to use older cards I own and carry for the chain. read more

I went back this week on a friday, to see if things had changed since my last visit to this particular location. I have to say there has been some changes, and in a positive way. The employees were friendly. They seem to work hard to keep things clean. The chicken was wayyyy better than my last visit. They also did a good job at making the chicken pot pie soup,it had plenty of veggies and chicken in it and was not overly watery. Very tasty. A few games were broken. But plenty to play. Just had my daughter's 6th birthday here yesterday and it was amazing. The service incredible and you can't beat the pricing for a group. Brianna was so friendly as soon as I walked in with my decorations and cake she put my stress at ease. The manager Elaina kept checking in on our group to make sure everything was working out for us.
