I work as an Activity Director in a Nursing home and I decided to bring a few of my residents here for a Tea party and they had the best time. It was like a blast from the past with a very vintage and cozy vibe. The service was great, and we will definitely be making another trip back very soon!

Very fun, cozy, and hospitable. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I will be back again soon!

We forgot to take pics of the beautiful desserts, but they were delicious as well.

My daughter and I enjoyed our experience so much! Wonderful birthday high tea for her. The service was excellent; attentive and so kind. The food and tea were delicious, and the scone was beyond delicious! Such a cute place.

TLDR: beautiful, relaxing tea room offering various beverages and delicious baked goods. I love finding tea rooms since they are few and far between. This tea room is located in a large beautiful house. Parking lots are available on both sides of the house. Lot 1 is for quick, take-out parking. Lot 2 is for longer stays. We did not have a lot of time to spare so we ordered take-out. We were greeted upon arrival by a friendly, soft spoken hostess. Since it was our first visit, she informed us of the offerings. I was surprised by the limited tea offerings. It was raining out so I wanted hot tea. They seemed to only have a few flavors of bagged hot tea, we chose Earl Grey. It was weak. They did have regular and flavored iced teas, as well as, coffee and teeccino. The baked goods were delicious. I chose pumpkin chocolate chip bread and cheddar scone. She offered to warm them up - highly recommend. The scone was filled with cheese. The pumpkin chocolate chip bread was so good, very moist and balanced. Prices and portions are reasonable. The tea house offers dine in options including high teas and luncheons. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

Finally, a tea room! Such a cute place in Farmington. In a old historic house, with lots of old time pictures and old time feel. They have made this house so open and inviting. In house bakery and kitchen where Ms Laura makes her famous rolls, they have a fabulous little shop where you can buy her wonderful cinnamon rolls, danish's, cookies and muffins. They also serve tea and coffee, which you can enjoy in the tea room. Also another room sells some local artists, paintings, jewelry and other gifts type things. The actual afternoon tea you have to make reservations for as they have limited times they do them. So call first! Ms Laura definitely accommodated us as we needed a later time slot, which we very much appreciated. They serve their tea in teapots, which she seeps after you decide which you'd like. The cups and saucers are all English and she had many pretty sets. She brings you out a tiered plate one being savory finger sandwiches, we had chicken salad and cucumber and cream cheese. Then the other is the scones with homemade preserves and some butter. . I suggest clotted cream for the real tea experience but know it's hard to get here! The scones was delicious as were the finger sandwiches. She also has some fruit on top. Was a pretty presentation. After we finished she offered us another tea but we declined, she then bought us water in a lovely glass and a few sweet treats she makes. A peanut butter bar and a Nanaimo bar, not English but they were cute and good. Suggest jam tarts and shortbread ! This is a different place than anywhere else in the county, and I think locals will love it. They are working on finishing a patio out back which will be great I'm the warmer weather. They host bridal and baby showers, they have a private meeting room you can rent and they can supply the drinks and pastries. Great ample parking lot. Just great experience all around. Thank you Ms Laura for being such a great host. Make it fun and wear a hat to tea! And pinkies up!

Today, I went to Oasis at the Mill for a delicious Velvet Fog chaga- & kava-infused drink. I also booked a Vibro-Acoustic Therapy session for the first time! I was asked what I was feeling to experience energetically out of the various programs available and I chose "Release". I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state. I came out of the sleep state as the resonance shifted, and it gently brought me to stillness over several minutes, softening and slowing until the program ended. I felt refreshed and renewed and was already deciding that "Oh, I have to do this on a regular basis!" And, the fact that there are programs to access many energetic states is so exciting! I can say from the bottom of my freshly renewed heart, DO try this new healing opportunity at Oasis at the Mill! It is truly extraordinary!

If you like green tea that's smooth, slightly vegetal yet aromatic, then this is for you! Bonus is that they also sell ceremonial matcha powder, which is perfect for me since I make my own matcha lattes at home! :) Not only Oasis is just a tea shop, they also offer community classes and events like yoga, sound healing and meditation, and more!

It is a cute place and the decor is beautiful. The girls had a good time. I do feel that after seeing pictures of previous guests that some of the food must have been scaled back. Previous pics on facebook and google reviews show the food stands full complete with fruit, grapes and such. No macaroons. Just expected to see a lot more on the food disply for the price. The food was delicious though. My only complaint is I did not receive the deviled eggs that comes with the Victorian High Tea. Despite that, I would book this service again for the girls just to see their faces light up. They were so excited and we had fun.

The price has absolutely skyrocketed, an exorbitant tip was added on, they couldnt split the check, and after an hour and a half we were asked to leave to turn the table around. The sandwiches were not as good, the jam and cream not made in house. And pretty sure that lame excuse of some cookies and mini cupcakes, that were prett bad, was storebpught and a huge disappointment. It is NOTHING like the quality we experienced before and definitely not for the money. We will not be returning.

Come early or come late is my recommendation. I love their chicken salad croissant sandwich. Simple. Tasty. Buttery. Divine. Mmmmm! The chicken pot pie is also something one should experience, too. I highly recommend the strawberry tea...taste like summer. We started with the cheese ball sampler. Not my fav as the flavors were not there. It came with 3 mini cheese balls; pimento, goat cheese and a garden veg with pineapple (IKR). Again, great presentation but none of the cheese balls had much flavor to match the name. For entrees we opted for the chicken salad sandwich, the chicken pot pie and the country chicken casserole. My sister loved the chicken salad, my mom just ate most of the filling of the pot pie, I was not a fan of the casserole (one note, no veggies and everything was mushy except the "herb" bread crumbs on top). Next time I will stick to tea and the lovely finger sandwiches and room for the lovely desserts from the bake shop.
