I have had an on again off again relationship with this spot. At times the food and pizza (mostly what I order) has been really good. Other times it has been so bad that I stop coming for YEARS. I tried again a few months ago and we were back "on". Sadly, I ordered last week and it was extremely disappointing. I decided to make another trip here this time to enjoy their gourmet Sicilian pizza slice. They had 4 kinds to choose from and I went for the Margherita one. It was yummy -- it didn't need anything else. It also came with a refillable beverage from the their soda machine. I got raspberry tea with some lemonade mixed in. Other types of Sicilian gourmet choices were Hawaiian, cheese (tomato and mozz) and meat lover. They have tables and chairs next to what looked like it was supposed to be a space for gelato, but it was filled with empty pizza boxes. You order it from the counter and pick it up from there as well. Yes, this is inside the gas station, but I think they're doing pretty good. It was a quiet late morning, so if you also need a break from too much noise and traffic, this is it. My past meals included their Strombolis. One veggie and two types of cheese -- I recall asking for ricotta...and the other was probably pepperoni and cheese. Both were equally to die for and huge. Zinncredible is one of our favorite pizza places in town. On this most recent trip there we ordered a pepp pizza, a bbq chicken pizza, a chicken parm panini, and a garden salad. This is my hidden gem of pizza in the Pembroke Pines/Davie area. I have tried pretty much the litany of pizza places in the area and none of them stack up to Zinncredible. You may not even know it's around, or it's just a local lunch spot. It's located in the Chevron Gas Station. Their square pizzas are legit. I typically get the meat lovers or the grandma slice. Both are great every time. The servers are friendly, and the kitchen staff are always hard at work..cleaning, prepping, and slinging dough away to keep customers happy. Run, don't walk to this place. Call off the search on Oak Island the Holy Grail has been found in Davie. In the most insuspecting places. In the convenience store of Chevron gas station! This is the best pizza in S FL. The crust is perfect thickness and cooks to delicious crispness. The sauce is delicious and applied in the perfect amount. Not some over spiced sauce out of a can type sauce you find on most pizzas in Florida. The cheese tastes like the top quality pizza cheese from Wisconsin. Again just the right amount. Okay so let's start off by I was born and raised in NYC. I took pizza for granted when I lived there. I was on the search for the past 8 years of pizza somewhere down here that was at least decent because trying to find pizza anywhere near as good at NY is next to impossible. I first had Zinncredible for lunch at work when a coworker suggested it. Not only was everyone quiet because the food was amazing, but we scarfed down like 3-4 slices each (I never ate more than 2 to my recollection). We ordered it again months later and sent our intern to pick it up, like 5 miles each way. So we just moved back down to Davie and my husband did not experience this pizza so I talked it up and he agreed. We are on the same page as it being the best pizza yet in SoFL!!! We order every Tuesday because it is $9 for a large pizza! Oh and the pizzeria is located within a gas station. We also order the garlic rolls every time, which are really good as well. Believe it or not but gas station food can be very good. My husband found Zinncredible based on Yelp reviews and they were right on. The pizza was really good. Nice crust, good sauce and a nice combo of cheeses. The thing I like best is the INCREDIBLE Gelato!!!!!! While in Italy we found one of the best Gelato places called Grom. We were lucky to have them open a place in New York in Greenwich Village that was easy for us to visit as our favorite eatery eas down the block. Being a recent transplant i knew I would miss having one of my favorite deserts. Surprise! No need to worry. The Gelato is spot on! The variety of flavors is marvelous. You can sample every single one before deciding what you want. You can mix flavors if that is your preference. Portion size is amazing! A small is more than enough to satisfy a sweet tooth like mine! The same amount of Gelato at Grom is a medium and is a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend coming here for a quick dinner and desert. Since Zinncredible first opened, they have remodeled their little corner of the gas station market to include beautiful counters & nicer tables....even a couple of booths. I admit, it is still a little strange dining in the middle of a gas station even if it is for a quick lunch or a snack! Their pizza is some of the best in the immediate area, although I believe I prefer Delvechio's because of their crispier crust. Zinncredible has many pizza deals including Crazy Tuesday ($7.99/large pie) & Monday Madness ($9.99/large 2 topping) & others. Something they do really well here is the paninis. They come in large ($7.99) & small ($3.99), are freshly made, and a great value. For veggie lovers, eggplant parm , gourmet veggie, caprese are especially tasty. For meat lovers, there are many delish options including grilled chicken & portobello mushrooms, chicken parm, & hot Italian combo. The large paninis are huge and really cannot be finished by one person. Other Italian dishes are very good. I am pretty partial to their eggplant, which comes as an appetizer, but is a huge portion. The owner has always been on the premises whenever I have been here and is very accommodating for special requests. Of course Zinncredible delivers and it can sometimes take a little while. Order in advance! Or eat in, get some gas, candy, beer, newspapers.....convenient one stop shopping! By the way, the gas station mart has a new f'real do it yourself milkshake /smoothie machine. Zinncredible pizza is located within a gas station (weird, I know) but it's good food at a decent price. It's really close to my job so my coworkers and I will drive there for our lunch. We order ahead and they're usually ready and on time by the time we get there. The pizza is surprisingly good and fresh tasting. You can tell they don't just have it sitting around, they make it fresh. We've also ordered pasta from them as well as garlic rolls and everything is delicious. The sitting area is small but what do you expect, it's a gas station. The staff is friendly and we've never encountered any problems with them. I am a LONG TIME customer of Zincredible, until recently, when Friday night, we ordered a sicilian pizza with "a little extra sauce". The pizza came home drenched and swimming in sauce. Being from NYC I'm a pizza snob. Nothing beats NYC pizza! I've tried a bunch of pizzerias down here in South Florida and the best slice I've found was in Miami on Collins Ave and Lincoln Rd, until now. My dad's girlfriend suggested I try Zinncredible pizza. Well I finally did. Being a pizza snob I would never expect to find good pizza in a gas station. This place has your typical gas station store combined with a US Post Office and a pizzeria. I went on a Tuesday and the woman behind the counter suggested the Tuesday special, 2 slices and a small soda (with refills) for five bucks. OK I had nothing to lose so I told her to reheat them so the crust was well done. I was very surprised, the crust, though not as well done as I would like did not droop and the pizza was very tasty. The sauce was not too sweet with just the right amount of tartness. The cheese was also very good, like other reviews had mentioned this pizza was not salty at all but at first tasted very bland until I put a little salt and grated cheese on it. The salt and cheese really brought out the flavor. I had finally found a slice near my home in Florida that this pizza snob could like. They also serve homemade gelato which is almost as good as the gelato I had in Italy. I would have never thought I'd find good pizza AND gelato in a gas station. Wonders never cease! read more

I placed the order by phone and still had to wait 10 minutes for it to be done since they are very busy. Wish they would have told me in advance on the phone to come later instead of me having to wait in the gas station but was worth the wait.
